On August 1st, 2024, I hired a Fast Track Plumber, LLC, to replace two outdoor faucet bids. I chose…read morethis plumber because of its 5-star rating, reviews and the initial conversation. After we agreed on the type of replacement faucets (quarter-turn) and the cost; they installed black bibs (360-turn) instead of the agreed-upon faucets. The owner tried to convince me to accept subpar work by indicating that the black faucets were good and did not require anchoring. When, I touched the faucet/bib it freely moved. I have attached pictures showing the old blue faucets, the replaced black bids (not anchored), and the hopefully correctly replaced quarter- turn blue faucets. I informed the owner who was on-site this was unacceptable and caulk was not a stabilizer. The owner then went and purchased the faucets bibs initially requested which cost approximately $10 each and removed the makeshift black bibs. It only took about 5 minutes to change each faucet/ bib. I can't help but wonder whether my gender (female), unethical work practices or any unknown variables played a role in this situation. Why would this company not install what was requested and agreed upon? Why would anyone cause a loose, exposed, or unsecured water pipe that could lead to a costly disaster? While I typically don't leave negative reviews even when mishaps occur, this experience was unacceptable. Cost approximately $350.

He decided how to install a instant hot water system that would run through a maize of bad design piping created by Tilson homes. The next day he and his team showed up on time and covered the floors and began work. My sister's 5 year old home finally has hot water that comes through quickly. Please understand that when the hot water doesn't come through timely it messes up the timers on the dishwasher and laundry machine. Matt did a fantastic job!! We will certainly call him in the future.

The crew of Mathew, Scott, and Cole was very communicative with me of their arrival, explaining what needed to be done, and cleaning up after themselves. As a female safety is always a concern and I did not have to worry about anything. The crew was polite, very professional, and at the end was a "last walk through" to make sure everything was working to my standard. I have received 3 quotes to re-pipe my home and they are by far the most fairly priced. It is always a concern/gamble to find an honest plumbing company and you don't need to look further, they are IT. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

I made multiple attempts to communicate and resolve the situation, but the project was never completed. As a result, I was left with unfinished work and had to explore other options to address it. I understand that delays and unexpected issues can occur in any business. However, my concern is that the work I paid for was not completed, and I was not refunded the payment. This review reflects my personal experience. I encourage others to ask detailed questions about timelines, payment terms, and project completion expectations before hiring.

Long story short, Chris left a family bbq and showed up in Hey Dudes and fixed my valve. Goes a long way when someone shows up for their customers despite the circumstances. Proceed With Caution -- Unauthorized Work & Terrible Customer Service…read more Called this company for a simple toilet clog issue at my rental property. Before anything was done, I clearly told them I was the paying authority and needed to approve the cost before any work was performed. Instead, they went ahead and did the work without authorization, then tried charging me an outrageous $230. When I questioned it, I was told they "don't fucking care" and threatened with a lien on my property. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I understand paying for legitimate work, which is why I still paid $180, but no company should perform work without approval and then bully customers afterward. If there is a trip fee or inspection charge, be upfront about it like every professional business does. Customer service, communication, and professionalism were nonexistent here. I will never use this company again and would strongly recommend others get pricing and written approval terms upfront before dealing with them.

Since we bought our house, Jerry Allgood has done multiple jobs for us from drain vents, clogged pipes, tub to shower conversion to a new water heater, including the kitchen sink - literally. He replaced our kitchen sink & faucet with a brand-new upgraded unit. Jerry is easy to talk to, very experienced and is never offended when he's asked to explain how things work. That's important to me since I'm an electrical designer who knows nothing about plumbing. He works hard and gets the job done without complaint. I trust Jerry explicitly and would recommend him highly to anyone who has a need for a reliable plumbing resource, whether the job is big, small, old or new construction. TLDR: Since 2018 I've had nothing but good experiences working with Allgood Plumbing. Master of his craft, professional workmanship, punctual, always follows through, fair rates. Allgood Plumbing is your local source for plumbing period.
