As with most of you who own multiple dogs, I winced at what I knew was under all that snow. Glancing over the low-lying area, I also saw a couple of inches of water. Man, it was gonna be ugly. Then I got to thinking, you know? I work hard, have a lot going on and I just do NOT have time for this! I love my pets and it's not like I'm adverse to clean up work but this was going to take a LONG TIME. Seems to me I could hire someone to do this for me at a fair price. Turns out, I was right. Did a quick google search and wisconsinpoopcleanup.com was #1 on the list. The website was colorful, informative and well-designed. Clicked on the 'Contact Us' link, entered my info and mere minutes later I received a reply. Lori Mendelsohn Thomas (no relation) immediately addressed my request for information via email. We worked out details over the next 24 hours continuing our email dialog and less than 48 hours after I first googled the website, our yard was cleaned, waste carefully bagged and placed exactly as instructed. You just don't see that kind of turn-around time these days. Very awesome. Freddy was our 'Scooper' guy. Lori said that Freddy didn't usually travel as far West as Union Grove as UG is out of their designated boundary. But she also said she'd ask him if he was willing. This to me means that she respects her staff enough to give them the option. That says a lot. Freddy agreed to make the trip. I cannot express what a relief it was to come home to a clean yard. I won't get into details about what our dogs were trailing into the house but suffice it to say - it was well worth the price to stop that, well, dead in its tracks as it were. Freddy did an excellent job. Period. I cannot imaging doing this for a living, but obviously Freddy has a professionalism to his work ethic and I bet Lori is glad he's on her team. I never met you Freddy, but you ROCK. About the price. I don't know how long it took Freddy to do what he did, but somehow Lori has managed to make fair what she charges for a job well done and everyone is satisfied. I don't know what the going rate is supposed to be, and quite frankly I don't care. I'm very, very pleased with Lori, our 'Scooper' Freddy and have no desire to vacillate from a successfully rendered service. By the way? Don't be a pooper leave a tip for your 'Scooper'. So, 5 stars! For - Excellent customer service - Outstanding turn-around-time - Fair pricing for job well done - Follow up inquiry to ensure satisfaction - It's a dirty job, but someone has to do it! Thank you Wisconsin Poop Cleanup for a great experience!

This time he must have wondered off much further. Being home with 2 little ones, I open the door and he usually comes running once he's done his business. This time he didn't return and I had to tend to my baby inside. I saw a pick up truck and a wonderful lady standing in my front driveway. It was Andi, she left a kind note in my mail box how she followed him home. How kind is that? Usually when someone calls for him, Grizzly takes off running to the front door... that's exactly what he did but Andi followed to make sure he got inside and was safe. She took time out of her day to really save this dogs life. He was far enough and on a busy road. Thanks Andi! This speaks volumes about the person you are! You are a gem.
