I highly recommend The Outside Scoop…read more I am a busy single mom, working 2 jobs and finishing my college degree, so the thought of having to clean a winter's worth of dog poop was not a pleasant one. Using the services of The Outside Scoop was seamless from beginning to end. Juanita was responsive, answering my calls and emails almost instantly, The crew showed up on time as scheduled and did a fantastic job. I hired her to do a spring clean-up. I was not home when the crew arrived, but that did not matter. There was no trace of dog waste anywhere when I came home, and believe me, there was a ton to pick-up! Their pricing is more than fair, and once my life is back on track I will be calling to schedule regular service.

Did I mention I have 2 dogs? All I had to do was leave the gate open and Poop N Scoop took care of the rest! Josh left a note that he was there so we knew we could close the gate. I have found my "go to" in Poop N Scoop and will be calling for routine service soon. Thank you for a fabulous job!

I have been using for a couple of months and find this service a blessing from heaven. I really like the flexibility of the packages that are available. I told my neighbor who has a tiny dog who does not make as much of a mess and they are using the once a week service. I thought about feeding my dog less food but I think this service is the better option.

After my first experience with Groombar Chicago, they were phenomenal! Raymond, our groomer; was…read moreexceptional, he had wonderful patience with my dog. My dog struggles with grooms, he has a short threshold and gets anxious albeit the training. Ray got as much as he could get done, and I am greatly happy with the result. He did an amazing job with my samoyed. My only critique is catered towards booking appointments-- it is super easy to call, get connected with someone and/or to book online. However, my first appointment was cancelled 15 minutes prior to the set appointment time and had to be rebooked for a later day. This was disappointing as Groombar was not able to accommodate an appointment for that same day. Groombar is quite aggressive in securing your booking, such as repeated phone calls and texts. But, they are easy to reach! The prices are also quite high, but the service done for my medium/large sized dog is worth it. Overall, I'd recommend Groombar to my fellow friends and family who are looking for a mobile grooming service for their cats/dogs. I am very grateful that my dog's groomer had the patience and skills in dealing with an anxious dog during grooming.

DO NOT BOOK! I am in shock. What a nightmare! The groomer L@-- _ , acted like a caricature of an…read moreangry reality show villain out to stir drama with no common courtesy, much less professionalism. She was foul as soon as I opened the door and began unloading on me. My dog is a rescue so he gets anxious and shrinks a bit when people are loud and aggressive & she scared him to death. She did not even say hello, she just began berating me from the hall. She did not return my attempt at cordial words or reconciliatory behavior. Not even a hello, no meeting the dog. She didn't even set foot inside. She caused a loud scene. She has cost the company what would have been a $160 plus travel plus tip service every 6 -8 weeks. I am out of the hospital and in need and this was unnecessary escalatory nonsense. Today, N _y- didn't even enter my unit & in under three minutes in my condo hallway, called me "Rude as f_ck!", audibly for the neighbors. A medical professional was on their way to meet me for an evaluation & before greeting me stated "What was her problem?? She almost ran me over stomping off in a huff!" Common courtesy is part of the service industry. This woman imo should not be working with vulnerable animals unsupervised in a van. She couldn't display compassion for the dog in front of their owner so I shudder to think what would happen alone with a defenseless animal in a van. Her Jerry Springer level antics were unwarranted but this nasty woman N_ y _ swore and stomped away for no valid reason. There was a technical issue. I spoke with a gentleman first thing in the morning, hours prior to the appointment to explain the issue and how to navigate to avoid any problems. It was easily navigable with minor effort. Appliance delivery, a hospital worker, grocery delivery and a physical therapist had no problem with me today. I had other appointments, but my dog was my priority. This alleged professional acted like a sitcom over the top nasty DMV worker with an irrationally irritated attitude, like my mere presence was a hassle for her. I no longer trust this company, because they did not even check on me or text to ask what occurred. That shows (imo) their endorsement of her swearing and lack of concern for customer experience or loss of customers. She refused to listen to explanation for the technical issue & raged like a wrestler on steroids. I planned to rely upon this service every 6 -7 weeks for the foreseeable future while I recover. Her unnecessary actions & dropping the F Bomb have cost them a customer, but they clearly aren't concerned, because they didn't check in or follow up, And that makes me worry for the animals in the care of people knowingly employing someone like this woman, I don't trust my dog with aggressive hot headed persons - nor should anyone imo.
