Instead, they proceeded to wash my dog without clearly communicating this beforehand, and then charged me for it. At no point was I informed that they would be unable to perform the requested service or given the option to decline the bath. A professional approach would have been to explain the situation and either not proceed or waive the charge. When I called to address the issue, the interaction escalated further. I was repeatedly interrupted, spoken over with profanity, and not given the opportunity to explain my concerns. The level of customer service was extremely poor, and the behavior I encountered was inappropriate and unprofessional. I called the cops to make a report. To find out any information I could to the situation. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this business and advise others to proceed with caution. STAY AWAY!!!!!! Update! We ended up going to another groomer in the area and got it done same day.

It was apparent upon first meeting him that his intelligence is superior. However, it is his intelligence as a vet, combined with his incredible patience with me and authentic compassion for Atti's well-being, that puts him above all the rest. I have no doubt that my plethora of questions, along with my heightened emotions and need for him to repeat himself, caused other appointments to run behind schedule, but he never made me feel like we were just a number. I highly recommend Dr. Lim, as I can't imagine having to question Atti's care during a time when she needed the best vet available. Thankfully, she already had Dr. Lim.

Note: her dog was ferrel for a very long time so he can be a bit difficult to handle at times. That was not a problem with her dog at that location. They treated my daughter and dog very well.

This idiot's facial expression was obvious that he was already scared , and tried to slide his butt approaching with his leash in front of my dog . My dog naturally got scared of this idiot and naturally bit him. Then the idiot started screaming , OMG your dog bit me. I was shocked by how unprofessional and idiotic this groomer at Petco is. If you're scared and don't know how to approach stranger dog properly, then definitely you are in the wrong profession and working at the wrong place. They refused to service my dog.
