I have texts to prove this is what I was advised. At the end of the month I did just as I was advised and this is the message I got back. "Got it..next time just get a one time cleaning if that's what u want instead of trying to scam a small business." I sent them the text exchange proving they advised me to set it up this way and cancel. I did get an apology from the owner. I was extremely upset by his text because I run a small business and often get price hagglers trying to negotiate my advertised prices and it gets frustrating. I would not and have never tried to scam a small business. On a positive note they came the preformed their service as advertised. I would be nice if they had set days the come out it was random 4 times a week but never same exact days. After I posted this completely fair review owner continued to harass me for something he clearly stated. I posted his texts. Then also tries to say he did me a solide for waiving start up fee and how dare I post this review, which I never asked for and honestly thought something he was doing for me as new. Again blaming for his poor customer service. This guy is crazy.

Her service is AMAZING! They are out there rain or shine or snow or ice, and if requested, will leave a note telling you they've been there. They are quick, efficient, QUIET, and they pay attention to detail (meaning they get everything!). I am so glad I found her. Let's face it, if you are a busy person, have no kids (slave labor), or just cannot bear the job, get Annette. You know, some investments really pay off quickly, and this is one of them! This time he must have wondered off much further. Being home with 2 little ones, I open the door and he usually comes running once he's done his business. It was Andi, she left a kind note in my mail box how she followed him home. How kind is that?
