Doo Care's service is exceptional. I receive a notification about 5 minutes before they arrive and the majority of the time I never hear them working in my back yard. They are thorough and if my pup happens to be in the back yard when they are at my house they often spend a few minutes playing with her, which I find delightful. I always get a quick response if I email the office with a question. They not only respond quickly, but their responses are curteous and professional. I spoke to them four times, each time I was told that they would get back to me once they got their notes together. They never called back.
