If I could leave less than one star I would. I canceled the service last month cause I picked up 4 bags of poop and it took me over an hour and he charged me that day for another month $60. He only refunded me $11 for a missed day. Then he changed me again today. He said he refunded me. I will call visa and have him blocked. The so called owner showed me pictures of poop and claimed it was my dogs -trust me I had my 103lb dog for 13 years I know what it looks like. We initially hired Turdminators to come twice a week, and they were reliable & consistent for a while. Recently we noticed they stopped showing up (we could tell by the poop still in our yard, and we get a text every time they're on their way) but my partner's card was still charged for the services. We both reached out via text, phone call, voicemail for days and never received anything back. It was to the point we both thought the company went out of business. I left one final voicemail and posted a negative review on google to warn others about them not answering and not coming without notice, and almost immediately received a text following up, claiming that they did come & have photos and GPS tracking. Unfortunately by the photos we could tell they weren't taken on the days they claimed but we just reiterated that we wanted them to come consistently. They apologized and refunded us ($11 woo) for one visit that they admitted we were charged for without them actually coming. The best part was the owner (I'm assuming?) responded to my google review with THE MOST rude & unprofessional tone. Absolutely horrible service. And please see these text messages to see how they treated me after I spent a day trying to get this resolved. 1. Coordinator forgot to share my gate code, so technician couldn't get in. (11:47 am) 2. Coordinator said technician would come back later in the day to provide service. I say ok and verify details so we don't have another mixup 3. I reach back out at 7:15pm after waiting all day in case they had issue with entry to say no one came. Coordinator claims technician is on their way (and send a bunch of other customers names and addresses btw) 4. I text AGAIN at 8 pm because no one ever showed up and now it's dark. coordinator says technician marked route as finished at 5:36pm.... So why was I told at 7:15 he was on his way?! Honestly a comedy of errors, which...ok. Mistakes happen. But when I asked for a different technician (I think this was a fair ask at this point!) and said we wouldn't deal with this again, the coordinator got SO aggressive with me and claimed I was threatening him?! At that point, they cancelled my service which I would have done if they didn't. Good riddance! When I sent a text to this anonymous person I was, YET AGAIN, met with hostility and threatened with their "attorney". They THEN told me that I agreed to a 3 month contract verbally on the phone and it was recorded. I asked for the recording and didn't receive it because all of my conversations s were via text. He told me to get on welfare if I couldn't afford this. He posted crying emoji's, again he threatened me with his attorney. This person is belittling, rude, and highly unprofessional. I ordered 2 times a week service. After the first clean up was completed I didn't get anyone back for over a week and so I called and left a message. However, all I got back was a text (pictured below). Fast forward another two weeks of sporadic service and then it stops all together for over 2 weeks of no service. I of course get a charge on my card. I try to cancel every day for the last 5 working days. No one calls or emails back. It's just text. (picture below) Lastly, I was able to get a hold of the owner's business partner who told me to just call the bank and cancel the charges......but he would not be able to cancel my service or put me in contact with the owner. I try to leave give balanced feedback and have never left a bad review of a company. Let me start with the good. When I first contacted the company, I was able to talk to a live person and they were able to set up waste removal on the day I needed it. Then on the day of service, you receive texts when they are in the way and when they have arrived. This part of the communication is great. The actual service was inconsistent. On the first week they arrived after nightfall, so missed piles in the yard. The following week they came in the afternoon, and after leaving had missed at least 7 piles from what I could see (with not being able to go downstairs post surgery). I reached out after the second visit to voice concerns, since I have a very small property with a townhouse, dogs that could only go within 20 fr retractable leash from the door, and large dogs (so large piles). They shared there can be errors and can miss a pile, but also stated that it seemed like a lot and asked for pictures and additional information. I shared the pictures and information and they said they would give feedback to the person cleaning the yard. I asked if they were going to come out before the next service and received no response. They did not come out, but did better after returning. Then everything seemed to be going smoothly until one week they just didn't show up, no phone call, no text. I waited 2 days after the date they were supposed to service and reached out sharing that my service never came that week and to find out why they never showed. I also stated that for the next month, I was recovered from surgery enough to go back and finish cleaning the yard. The response I received, was they have canceled my service. They did not apologize for missing the appointment, no explanation was given, and they did not come out that week or the week after, even though my service was paid through the month. They just stopped coming and did not provide the services that I paid for through that month. When I reached out to clarify that they would be out for the last week of my service, they did not respond and did not come clean my yard. I just had the worse experience of my life. Now, Ive read previous reviews which were bad but I believe in giving a person or business a chance and to see for myself. My suggestion is to run quickly. In a nutshell, last week was suppose to be my first week of service and they never came. Tuesday comes and goes, I called they said they would out there on Wed. The next week they come on Tuesday. Then next week no show on Tuesday, I called no response. They show up Wed at about 430 pm. This week no show Tuesday, no show Wed. I call on Wed no response. I call on Thursday 3 times no response. I email no response. I send a chat finally get a response at 1:00 pm. I chatted with them just now and asked if they could identify some poop that I found in my backyard. I have a small dog and this poop was way larger than what my dog could produce and it was piling up. I sent them a photo over our chat and they immediately identified the culprit. Raccoon! I'm relieved it's not coyote, but also frustrated that this raccoon has found my yard to be its' latrine. Nonetheless, the responsiveness over a chat was quick and efficient. They came for the initial clean up on a Saturday and returned on Tuesday for the weekly clean up. I didn't need the service but wanted to ensure that the service Day would be Tuesdays so I texted the number 7732091808 (the owners call I'm imaging) and was told my service day would in fact be Tuesdays (I have screenshots). The next week the service man came on Monday and my gates were locked which meant service could not be completed. I texted the same number to clarify that we had agreed on Tuesdays and that the gate wouldn't be unlocked on any other day. I was told that i had missed my service day and that it was my fault because my gate was locked. Been a customer since 2015 or 2016. Went with them because the other companies charge extra if you have more than 1 dog. Recently I've been noticing that my yard is still covered in dog poop from my 2 small dogs right after they leave. The guy came yesterday afternoon and walked around my front yard looking for poop (my dogs only go in my fenced backyard) then made his way to my backyard (I think but not sure because there is no camera there yet) and right after he left I let my dogs out in the back and it was still covered in poop. Same thing happened a few months ago, I sent them the video of the guy getting out of the car and go back in the car a couple of minutes later and not going in my backyard to clean up the poop and I was still charged for the full month of service. I have no idea what's going on with them but for years I've had no complaints with the service but over the past year they have really been terrible. They switched me to weekly service from the twice monthly service I had since I started and they aren't even coming weekly. One of their former employees called me because she opened her own dog poop clean up business and I thought that was super rude and unprofessional but I guess she learned that from them. From what I understand the owner was in a really bad accident so I have no idea what happened to him or who took over when he was out of commission but they really need to hire better staff because the guy who comes to my house is horrible. I fully understand how hard it is to find employees but you're going to start losing customers with the lack of service we're receiving. Yesterday was it for me, I'm definitely looking for a new company to clean up the dog poop in my backyard who is actually going to show up and pick up the dog poop in my backyard. I now pay nearly $15/mo more with no warning, and they frequently skip a week here and there with no warning AND continue to charge me for those missed weeks.
