Made an appt and and talked to the docs about what was needed and all them xrays. The staff are super friendly and so helpful with my questions. I ended up getting approved for Invisalign to help with my under bite/cross bite. Their finance option is pretty flexible and easy to understand. From the beginning, they have been nothing but fantastic. I'm recommending them to all my friends. Also, across the hall from them is the RVO pediatric dentistry. If I may add, they promised to share what they will be doing to ease some nerves, but they didn't say but only one or two things about the process. They only seem to be after the money, which does seem about right in this economy. (they take down bad reviews on the website)

As most people are, I am guilty of not wearing my retainer after having braces as a kid. As a…read moreresult, my teeth started to shift and turn inwards to the point I started to notice and seek help to fix my smile. I did a lot of research on orthodontists and one of them quoted me an insane price for Invisalign and indicated my teeth would need to be pushed outwards before being able to be fixed and I couldn't just fix my crooked teeth, I needed to fix my entire alignment. I went to Dr. Bates for a second opinion and he assured me that fixing my crooked teeth alone was absolutely possible and he would do it for me for an incredibly reasonable price (and he worked with my time constraint for moving!) It was no brainer that I would go with him for my treatment. It only gets better, however. Him and his staff were absolutely incredible, nice, and insanely knowledgeable. So incredible, in fact, that after my round of Invisalign I came back of my own accord to completely align my teeth and fix my TMJ. I have no words to describe how incredibly overwhelmed I was that Dr. Bates helped stop the constant pain I had in my jaw and ear from the TMJ. I felt like crying tears of joy because it was absolutely affecting my everyday life. Although, my TMJ isn't completely gone, the everyday pain is no longer an issue. Abbey cheerfully answered my questions, explained the process, and set up the appointment. We arrived at a building tucked conveniently off Broad Street. We were greeted and my son promptly decided to start playing the free Pac-Man machine! The waiting room was large, clean, and well decorated. We were in and out in about 5 minutes. Everyone that works here so pleasant and kind. They never try and upsell me on teeth whitening or retainers. They just care about you and your teeth. They are SUPER busy but if you need an appointment they do get cancellations pretty frequently so they can probably squeeze you in.
