Friday morning at 8:08 am Lilian texted me and stated that she can't make it to my clean today so she went ahead and refunded my money. I was quite frustrated with the lack of professionalism and her ability to be unreliable. Thought it ironic, considering she supposedly fired someone on Monday for their reliability when that is exactly what she was with me.
