Long Story Short, you get what you pay for, I would suggest do not use these people, They did not…read moredo even an OK job after 3 visits. Then tried to make me take down my reviews with a Fake Refund offer. For more info see below. Ok, so i had left a Review a few days ago, and in Good Faith removed it per Shake the house request. But they have since decided they don't want to honor this, so Here is the Story. I Hired them to do a "Deep Clean" of my late Grandfathers home after he passed so we could sell the home. Invoice clearly states what is expected. They set a date, I paid and all seemed well. Date of Cleaning came, they were 2 hours late - Got lost? Then had to leave and come back in another 2 days to finish up ( was not told why, they just said need more time). They came back, spend 4 hours and said hey were done. I came to look at the property and found rubbish still on the ground, Base Boards not touched, Cabinets not wiped out and Cobwebs on the walls and Corners. ( They did do a great job on the 1 Fireplace I asked them to clean ) Informed them of my displeasure, and This is when Dasha ( I assume head cleaner reached out and asked for another try) I was hesitant to let them out a 3rd time but after speaking with Dasha, I decided to let them try one more time. Dasha arrived and I had mentioned I wanted the carpets shampooed, but it was not on the invoice and she said she could do that as an apology for all the trouble. once again I am told its done ( but there was one corner of the master bedroom she could not reach as she didn't have an extension cord and the home was 2 prong. :| So I arrive, there were still sticky spots on the floor, baseboards in some of the rooms looked better, but still had dust on Ceiling fans, Cabinets were not wiped out and Still had cobwebs on the wall. ( specifically in the Dining room a big one just on the wall at Eye level ) not like they missed a Corner but didn't wipe down the walls. and It looks like they may have damaged a Screen door. All of these things I have been asking them to do are part of the invoice I was provided. Spoke with Dasha, who then said She did her best and that if more time is needed it would normally be an upcharge ( I was never offered this in the 3 times they were out) and the invoice is more of a "We will try and get to these but if we run out of time may not" I said that's not what I read, At this point I say I would like a Full refund, and she states well they can refund minus the cost of expenses. We talked thru that. and it would end up being $66 refund of the $345. thats less than what was offered the first time I express my displeasure. At this point I said I would like 90% of it refunded, and Dasha switches to I need to stop communicating with her as she is a Woman and I am a Man ...? ok, They did offered to give me a "Refund" if I removed my review ( Google,Facebook, Angies list, and BBB) The Form they wanted me to sign was a bit vague, and Before I would take down my reviews I wanted it to be clear that they would be giving me a Full refund or at least the amount they would be refunding. At this point they said " We do not sign agreements with customers. We appreciate the honest reviews and your concern with removing them. " and I have not got anything back from them since. So I will be taking them to small claims court due to services not provided.

This was brought to my attention by another client of Maggie. It's very disheartening to see…read moreanother woman to trash another woman who is trying to make an honest living. Maggie and her cleaning company has been cleaning our home and business for the last 6 years. So, I asked her about this review. She said you booked for a two hours cleaning, so like they do for everyone, you were asked if there is any room that you need special attention so that your time is used wisely and is more beneficial. She and her sons end up spending 6 hours to clean your home. There was some additional attention that was needed in your bathroom, that she had suggested using a harsher chemical, because she uses natural cleaning products. You became angry and shouted that "you will ruin her!! The conversation was recorded outside by her minor son because he became scared of you yelling at his mother. Maggie had attempted to reach you because of that 2013 review, but you had never responded at all. We have advised Maggie to take legal action because this is not just her business reputation but her personal mental state that you are attacking! Maggie is a very hard-working single mother that truly believe in fair treatment. She is honest, we trust her with our multi-million-dollar home and business. I paid in advance for three (3) hours of a cleaning session. The appointment was set up a month in…read moreadvance and confirmed a week prior to the appointment date. The person who was supposed to clean never showed up. I called three times trying to reach the company and left three messages. I called fifteen (15) minutes after someone was due, one (1) hour, and one and a half hours (1.5). I finally received a call over 48 hours after the appointment from the owner or lady from Lucas cleaning regarding the cleaning. She advised me that a lady who worked for her was in a car accident. I asked her why she didn't call to let me know after I called and left at least three messages for her that day. She said they just shut down. She didn't offer to reschedule me and didn't mention any type of reimbursement. As a responsible and reliable business owner, I cannot afford to take another day off to wait on a service where they do not or refuse to provide ample and open communication to their customers within a reasonable amount of time. I have already lost one work day and I cannot afford to lose another knowing full well that they will not contact me if any employees fail to show.
