A broken promise and lies about his ability to help, which is fine, but he gave me a commit that he broke. It's one thing to say you can't do something, but to not respond, and just say no, is the reason for this negative review. There are not many cleaning companies in Pauls Valley, so this review may fall on deaf ears, he may be the only player in town. Hired two ladies for 2.5 hours PLUS added on the fridge and oven cleaning to ensure they were done. Total cost of $275. Price was good. Ladies finished early as I assumed they would. I went by the house and did a quick walk through and everything looked and smelled great. Gave a 5 star rating (that I can't find anywhere to adjust). The rental company took a week before they went out to finish their review. Sent me a message that the baseboards and floors had not been cleaned - they could see dog hair. Honestly, I thought it was impossible. Contacted ECS and they asked me to provide pictures. So I went to the house to check - 45 min drive by the way. Sure enough. Using a broom, I swept up a lot of dog hair and dirt. Maybe they just missed the floors as the last thing they do. Took pictures of the dust pan full of hair and dirt, and dirty baseboards and sent to them. Called the company and they said I only had a 24-48 hour window to adjust. Since I already paid, the window had expired and I gave a 5 star rating, they are done. Said it was my problem. What I learned: Find a better cleaning company than Elevated Cleaning Solutions. Never trust a company that won't stand behind their work. Regardless of the window, this was an empty house and no one had been it in since them. Quite obviously a mistake they could have solved quickly. I have since cleaned the floors and baseboards myself. I will not be using this company ever again. Highly recommend you do the same.

The ladies have worked diligently in a professional manner. I have gotten to know Star and April as they have been very friendly. From the beginning I've asked them to wear shoe covers, as I have light beige carpet in one area. They regularly put the shoe covers on as they arrive. The ladies come every other week normally, but a few times I have asked Brandy, who organizes the business, to make a one-time schedule change to accommodate events in my life. Without hesitation my requests have been arranged. I appreciate how Star and April work carefully. I can recommend Molly Maid.

They got places I wouldn't have even thought of. I love that they show up in their molly maid cars so I see on my camera who is pulling into my driveway. I love that they bring everything to clean with them. And I love the peace of mind after finding out about all the insurance they have so the homeowner isn't liable for anything. The first clean is a little pricey..I understand that.. but the pricing for regular cleans is super good.. if you're on the fence about having a cleaning service.. just do it! These ladies do not disappoint. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE coming home to a clean house that I didn't have to take my own time to do. :-)
