She asked to reschedule it to Friday morning at 9am and that she would personally come to do the cleaning. I was irritated but tried to be understanding and told her that would be fine. Friday morning at 8:08 am Lilian texted me and stated that she can't make it to my clean today so she went ahead and refunded my money. Lilian was kind but after the whole experience I certainly wouldn't recommend Stilly Cleaning.
