But Sparkle does not charge by the hour but with a flat rate. So I paid a discounted price of $155 for what they call a standard cleaning. And believe me it was very standard. Anything they did I could've done myself. And they even missed some things like taking out my garbage cans. Plus, they didn't do some of the things listed, such as washing the cans inside and out. Three women came in and cleaned this standard cleaning and took 45 minutes. It was basically the mindset of the owner of how fast can we get a house cleaned for the most money. My major problem was the price I paid for the job that was done. The standard cleaning was very, very very basic and didn't include things I would've done if I was cleaning my own bathroom. And I'm not a good cleaner. I would not hire them again at all or recommend them.

I was quite frustrated with the lack of professionalism and her ability to be unreliable. Thought it ironic, considering she supposedly fired someone on Monday for their reliability when that is exactly what she was with me. Lilian was kind but after the whole experience I certainly wouldn't recommend Stilly Cleaning.

What really disappointed me, though, was being told to leave when I stopped in just to get change for a single dollar -- something I've done here before without any issue. I understand if there's a policy about that, but the way it was handled came across as unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. I hope they improve both the machine maintenance and customer service moving forward.
