It's one thing to say you can't do something, but to not respond, and just say no, is the reason for this negative review. There are not many cleaning companies in Pauls Valley, so this review may fall on deaf ears, he may be the only player in town. Said putting hanging the clean hand towels I left out wasn't part of their job. My floor was so we it stayed wet for over 1 1/2hr from mopping. He ended up calling my husband a very foul name.
