Alex with 3Z Electric responded quickly and came out the same day to assess the issue. He was professional, friendly, and great to work with from start to finish. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable and much better than I expected. Thank you, Alex! We will definitely be using 3Z Electric again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of electrical work.

Inexperienced not quality work, bad communication, did not follow through on what they said they would do. I reached out to 4 different solar companies but couldn't get anyone to follow thru. I finally reached #1 Plumbing. I was able to get an appointment when the tech actually showed up and get an estimate on what it would cost to replace my inverter. The techs showed up when they said that would, fixed my inverter and helped me with the app. I am so grateful that this is done. Plus they were great to work with. Very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend them if you have any issues with your solar system. I'm already planning on having them come back to clean out my dryer vents.

I felt like they were inappropriate, so I called #1 to review the "other" companies work. They were able to point out the flaws that would block my new heat pump from being green-tagged. They came in, took care of my seasonal tuning and a toilet that was not flushing. I think I've found my trusted plumbers, and that's a hard thing to do! 10/10 recommend!

He wasted my day that I had set for him to come by and look at my ceiling fans. He was totally unprofessional and I can't believe he treated me this way. We had a furnace on propane…read moreand the cost to use it is almost prohibitive. The hubby is a professional commercial HVAC control's technician and did a lot of research and contacted Harter Electric. They came out for for a quote and check what we needed. When the consult and quote was done, within 2 days we were scheduled and installation began. The crew was professional and quick with the work. Now, we have a system that is so much more comfortable and keeps all rooms at a constant temperature. Five rooms, 5 room systems and 2 outside units with all electrical and ductwork was done in 1 1/2 days. The cool part of the system is it's controlled by remote, and there's one in each room, but if one is lost, they work on the rest, Awesome thing about this system, each room can be set to heat, cool and automatic control. You set the temp you want (all function controlled by remote control) and how powerful you want the fan, you can set it to sweep back and forth etc... One thing I do want to say that I was able to dictate the placement of the unit in our bedroom. Although it may have been easier for the crew to place the unit a wall closer to the outside unit, I requested another wall so I did not have to move family pictures and special things. The owner told me, that I had to live with it, so they would do what I wanted. I'm disabled and having thing's comfortable isn't always easy. The cost of this system is worth every penny. The speed of process from time of initial contact to completion was about a week. Thanks to the crew who came out and made our home more comfortable. We got it just in time for a really cold, snowy and windy storm and all the rooms were so comfy. They are a professional, knowledgeable, and polite crew.

Our first call was to have a whole bunch of little annoying electrical issues taken care of in our new (to us) home. His price was very fair. Fast forward 4 months and we had a problem with our front lights not working. Ken was happy to come out to troubleshoot the problem. After much searching, he pinpointed the faulty wiring, showed us what to do to to prep for the repair, and worked with us to schedule a time that was convenient for him to return. He really earned his keep on this one as the previous owners had some wackadoodle install the lighting. But, Ken got it all fixed up and left us in a much better situation, all for much less than a competitor had quoted us for the job. Before he left, I had him look at a couple other projects we'd like to tackle in the future and he was happy to give us some guidance. I will be calling him when that time comes as well as for any other electrical issues we may encounter.

He was very accommodating in working around times we were seeing emergency patients and offered to return for completing work that required power shutoff outside of normal hours. They cleaned up after themselves and were just perfect. It was wonderful having Tom directly doing the work. Too many times in Albuquerque, you get quotes for s job only to have a sub-contractor show up that has no idea what they are doing. I also previously mentioned I loved Tom's ability to be competent. I mention this because we recently purchased a new office space that had a prior renovation where an electrician ran solid metallic conduit 1" above a drop ceiling. This would count as stupidity.
