Well my wife wouldn't accept it and they finally refunded us $250. So we cancelled the contract and just had another plumbing issue and used Drain Chasers Plumbing in Georgetown and he was fantastic. Dustin came out and talked with me about what I wanted to do and then prepared a very detailed quote that was professional and complete. Their price was very competitive. We agreed on a date to start work. Dustin was here first thing in the morning and worked until 5 PM on the install. He was back the next day to finish the work and he took great pride in the installation, making sure that everything lined up and that the installation was very clean. He was very careful in his work when he had to make a penetration into an exterior wall and tying into the electrical panel. It is so nice to get a highly skilled master electrician who takes great pride in their work. Highly recommend. Would use again.

We recently had two technicians here to perform an installation of an in-home charger. They worked…read moreless than two hours and spent some of that time standing around looking at their phones. When I received the invoice, I was charged for six hours of labor. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to clarify the charges, I was told that the six hours included travel time from the technicians' last job. So if their last job is five minutes away, the next customer gets charged for five minutes of labor. If, however, the technicians have to drive an hour to your job, then that cost is passed along to the next customer. I was told that "this is how every company does it." Not true! Excessively expensive. We won't be using Shureline in the future.
