Michael from Short Circuit Electric was extremely unprofessional and verbally abusive to me at home when he arrived for an appointment that I had canceled two weeks prior.
I contacted him at the phone number published on the Money Mailer coupon. We agreed on an appointment day/time. When I no longer needed his services, I attempted to call him to cancel, but his phone service was down. So, I sent an email (to the email address published on the Money Mailer coupon) notifying him I needed to cancel and alerting him to the phone issue. This was 2 weeks prior to the appointment.
When he arrived at my house at the originally scheduled time, I explained that I had canceled the appointment by email two weeks prior and informed him of the issue with his phone service.
His reaction was to shout at me about wasting his time and shouting profanity at me, calling me a F'ing Bit##. I later forwarded the email I had sent so if he (or any assistant) checks the email the forwarded copy would be on top of his inbox. I received no response to the forwarded email.
Beware if hiring Short Circuit Electric. Michael clearly has a short fuse and is an angry and verbally abusive person--in my experience. read more
