I NOW have to wait for a part from Hinkley that may or may not fix the fan. I am now responsible for also paying someone to try & fix the new "broken" ceiling fan I was sold by Denney Electric. If this part doesn't fix the fan I will need to buy another ceiling fan & I am out $500?? How is this fair?? Very disappointed!

They graciously did so with quick response. Our neighbor even came over to see the result and she was also impressed.
