He gave me the choice of removing the armrest and bringing it in on a Saturday morning or having them remove it. The latter would cost more (of course). Anyway, after doing some research, I removed it on my own and brought it to the shop on a Saturday morning (by the way, it opens at 8:30 on Saturdays).
