I took the tree. the woman wished us merry christmas. we hugged her. the gal who took the ornamnents was putting a small tree together for her mom who just had her leg amputated becaused of diabetes. she wanted to surprise her- this women, made my christmas- just watching this gal when she saw all the ornaments and lights for the tree. You can find some really caring people at thrift stores. I went home- put some of my homemade cookies and candies in a tin and brought them back over to her - I told her she made my christmas. Everyone at this thrift store is super nice, always willing to help. they have some great finds here as well. you never know what you may find. the store is well organized and neat. But don't be confused by this because apparently according to the older gentleman blondey is a bachelor whose only friend is his dog, he even sleeps with it! At this point the pooper is still not known. The smell of the poop is now being questioned because apparently Eddie's poop doesn't smell. But as the older gentleman astutely pointed out "all dog crap smells it's not like some have it perfumed!!". As if these chain of events were not exciting enough, the older gentleman then may begin to tell you a story! For our experience we heard about his times in Romania when he couldn't shut the windows because of the flys. We'll never forget Heritage House Rattan Interiors.
