Chances are that when you first walk in you will be greeted with dog crap all over the floor. But don't worry it's soft so it's diarrhea! This situation is far from awkward since the never ending amount of employees make light of the situation rather than embarrassing you with apologies. We suspected the culprit was Eddie but the older gentleman disagreed because apparently Eddie has been in the back for a half hour constipated. We suggest you arrive in a corvette. If you're lucky while your outside cleaning the poop of your shoe the blonde guy with ugg boots will ask you if you're angry about the new corvette coming out. But don't be confused by this because apparently according to the older gentleman blondey is a bachelor whose only friend is his dog, he even sleeps with it! At this point the pooper is still not known. The smell of the poop is now being questioned because apparently Eddie's poop doesn't smell. But as the older gentleman astutely pointed out "all dog crap smells it's not like some have it perfumed!!". As if these chain of events were not exciting enough, the older gentleman then may begin to tell you a story! For our experience we heard about his times in Romania when he couldn't shut the windows because of the flys. We'll never forget Heritage House Rattan Interiors. They responded to my initial email about building a deck for my home using Trex composite board within the same day then called the next. Though they're about an hour away by car, they visited then provided a quote within a week. They asked a bunch of questions regarding my future plans which included possibly having a heavy-ass built-in bar/grill so that they could supply appropriate support for all the weight. Within a couple of days, they provided a 3-D electronic rendering with my color and style choices, which I approved after some minor tweaks. Based on their portfolio, my 20 x 18 ft deck was one of their simpler projects but they treated it like their most important. They invited my family to their showroom to see examples and possible additional features like accent lighting, sound systems, hot tubs, outdoor kitchens, and furniture. The Barrett team including Gus, the owner, treated us with warmth and NO high-pressure sales tactics. While we discussed the project, they accommodated my toddler daughter with toys she loved. They completely handled all the town permits and finished the deck on schedule. Everything we wanted, they nailed.
