Quality of workmanship was very good. Very happy with the job!!! Took a little longer with staffing callouts. Well worth the wait.

The guy left 3 messages in the same day when my Mom was up North for a medical emergency. Nasty messages and threats to charge storage for 3 couch cushions. $20 each for each day. What a crook! Then when we showed up the next day he argued with us that she should have checked her messages remotely. I told him she can barely operate her cell phone. Wasn't good enough for this jerk. He actually tried to explain to her how to do it. And he continued to admonish my Mother. Please stay away from this cruel and nasty man!!!

I waited 2 months for 4 small cushions for my boat when he said it would take a month tops. We agreed on white with blue around the perimeter (because they're the easiest colors to get) and after 2 months he called me to tell me they're ready but the blue wasn't done and isn't getting done. Joe told me personally, "They're not coming apart. I want full price or I'm holding them at my shop." After he was yelling and cursing at me over the phone, I decided that I needed my cushions regardless. I met and paid him even though it wasn't what I asked for and he continued to yell and demanded I got out of his shop. When I got home, I looked over the cushions only to find they don't fit properly in the boat anymore and there are ripples and imperfections on every cushion. Now I need to have another professional shop fix his work. Just an FYI, he's not even doing the work. As of now, he's outsourcing to his friend (who is just starting out) to do all of the work via his shop. This overall experience was absolutely the WORST I've ever had to deal with. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY.

Let me start by saying that the two acts I saw at the Lizzie Rose Music Room were awesome. The…read moreplace itself is small so any seat in the venue is great. All of the volunteers were extremely friendly and it made for a great experience. I really enjoyed our experience at this place, however, during the recent visit: The only reason for giving it only one star was the emcee, who I believe is the owner. He, in my opinion, was completely rude. He spent most of his time before the show not talking about the acts but how the place was funded by donations from the audience and how recently people haven't put enough in the passed around donation bucket. My first time at this location I was unaware that a donation was requested for the volunteers so I didn't have any cash on hand. This time I made a point to bring cash because I totally appreciate volunteer work. But this man, in my opinion, belittled the volunteers by requesting at least a $20 donation. Saying that the donations have been sparse during recent events and we need to make up for it. Why do I need to make up for it? Hey, maybe mention it on your website so that people understand the situation, instead of making people feel guilty when they get to the venue. He also, in my opinion again, made fun of people who have never been to the venue before saying why haven't you been since we've been here for so many years. He should appreciate that people are coming to his venue. It definitely felt like people he didn't know weren't worth coming to the venue. Again just my opinion. But if it was my first time at the venue and someone told me they should give them $20 for volunteers and why haven't you been here before, I'd be insulted. He also had an attitude when my wife, who has trouble with stairs, was walking to the front of the venue. He said we should have let them know ahead of time and they would have told us about the handicap entrance. It's not labeled anywhere and how was I supposed to know ahead of time to contact them? I did look back on their website to check the information and 1) they do indicate that donations help with their non-profit organization, but it's below where you click on information about the shows, so it's not easy to see. Maybe you should move that up and specifically say that you will request donations at the show. 2) The handicap information is at the very bottom of the page and again not necessarily where you'd go to find it. Maybe have a FAQ link at the top of the page?
