The techs who came to install were friendly, professional and very neat. They showed me how to use the remote and gave me tips on when to close the awning in case of bad weather. We've had the awning for over a year now and it's a necessity all summer and a game changer for my dog who won't go out in the rain (the awning gives him the courage to venture out).
