I would not buy an awning from any other company! The people at Giglio are just super. From start to finish, our awning needs were met. We had an unusual situation requiring some construction to add the awning. The staff at Giglio came out to make sure this would all work several times. Timothy came to our home twice and was instrumental in making installation changes that really made our awning function and look better for our needs. He pointed out things that we DIDN'T know...... he didn't have to ... this man is so honest, trustworthy, and..... super likable. I can tell all that read this --- I would never consider another company for my shade needs. i want to know whatever Giglio does in other areas ........ these are honest, real people. Giglio replaced the two aging awnings with Sunesta products for us in the fall of 2024. My wife and I did extensive research before going with Giglio and Sunesta, and we're pleased with the result. Poor customer response and when finally did was completely disconnected to what was requested. Took 5 weeks to get an answer and was totally like it was someone else's issue and didnt have anything to do with what i had her come out with. Basically, i was blown off. read more

Quick service. Fair price. So happy with the service we received from Tim and team. We got a beautiful awning from them and over the winter the cover blew off. Tim came out and recovered the awning as well as fixed a seam issue that he noticed at no cost. Highly recommend on LBI! read more

I am unable to speak to the quality of work as there has not been enough time from completion of job to rate I will however, say that owner is unprofessional as well as staff on job. When trying to have a professional conversation with him about concerns, he blew up, said things that were extremely unprofessional and hung up phone , I understand this is new ownership and we have used them in the past and had excellent service. The people are nice enough it is just that they have not hit, or even come close to a promised deadline yet. Ordered new canvas the 1st week in April and the install was scheduled for 3-4 weeks. Several emails and calls later and we got 1 of 3 installed Memorial Day weekend. Still waiting for the completion of the remaining 2 a few days before the 4th of July.
