Every single time I went in to have them try to install yet another one, the employees here were incredibly respectful, kind, and made me laugh every time. I really have not had as good of an experience with customer service with my car as this place. It really felt like they actually cared about my issue, and even made recommendations on how to solve the issue if I wanted other options. It just felt personal on a level most other places don't do. It didn't feel like they were just trying to get a quick buck out of a 21 year old girl lol. Which most car places do unfortunately.
