I love that they have a window they avoid to make sure that your fish arrives overnight fresh while eliminating the possibility that a shipper might hold your package causing the fish to spoil. That's why they normally just take orders early in the week and arrives overnight packed in dry ice. The fish is cleaned and dressed/filleted to order flawlessly without an extra charge.
