My sister went to pick up her insta cart order (she isn't a delivery driver she had a deal on there) she went with her 2 kids that are under the age of 2 to pick up her order the girl told her she has to come inside. my sister informed her she has kids she can't she told my sister to go around my sister did go around and had to wait 10 mins behind other cars (which isn't a problem obviously). When it was her turn the employee basically threw the order at my sister and SLAMMED THE WINDOW! and my sister asked to speak to the manger and he seemed like he didn't even care... on top of all that i called starbucks opened a case with them they were apologizing a lot actually and told me that the store district manger or the store manger would give me a call or my sister. when becky called she made it 10x worse she basically called my sister a liar and took her employees side. lied about the whole thing. this is insane. thank god that my sister took a video of the whole thing. if starbucks corporate doesn't handle this the way it should be handled then i'll be going to post the video on tiktok and instagram and let social media handle it and see how poorly this was handled.

Though latte quality can vary by barista (it looks like they use a doser-style grinder and Simonelli espresso machine), I have only had top notch lattes from East Main.
