Appointments are released 2 weeks in advance as well as same day & emergency appointments being available each day if you phone between 8.30am and 9am. The reception staff are friendly & helpful. The waiting room has plenty of comfy chairs & there is a tv & books/magazines available for paitents to read while they are waiting. ~There is a small selection of toys & an activity table for children.

However after over…read moreone year of treatment to a foot issue and over £200 spent I feel after my last treatment they had exhausted all thoughts. However instead of saying that (I would have appreciated the honesty), they said "we have a trial cream to try". They were to contact me once it came in and start to try it. 3 months later, nothing, and no request made for follow on treatment from them. As said I would have appreciated if they just said they did not know.
