After explaining to him my needs and price range, he proceeded to select glasses that met my specifications and kept handing me different pairs to try on in front of the mirror. This is a situation where too many options is almost as difficult as not having enough. I probably tried on a good 20 pairs while I was there. I was initially dead set on another pair of Spy Optic glasses, but after trying on a particular pair of Oakleys, the fireworks went off and I knew I had found my new pair. I do my best to buy from local independents whenever I get the chance and I am really glad I did in this situation. Tim was very patient with my indecisiveness and got me hooked up with some polarized Oakleys that look and fit fantastic. Great Shop!

I'm so happy!!! I bought some Versace sunglasses a while back and well... it kind of fell apart on…read moreme. I was so embarrassed to wear them so I bought Coach sunglasses instead and forgot all about my Versace sunglasses until today! I left my sunglasses @ home and for having brown eyes, it's totally sensitive to bright light... which, from what I understand, is a bit strange. Anyway, I call the Johnson Creek store where I purchased my frames from and spoke with Kyle (I believe) from the Johnson Creek store and he was so nice and helpful. He told me the regional manager said I would be able to exchange my glasses for new ones and even called the Madison location to see if they had the same pair because Johnson Creek was a hike for me. So, here I am, at this West Towne location picking up my new sunglasses. I'm so happy. They're so awesome. Really good customer service y'all!!!

Fantastic customer service. I had an issue with one of my sunglasses becoming loose (purchased…read moreafter the 1 year warranty). I spoke to Dillon, who graciously helped me fix it for free. It is rare to find a worker eager to fix sunglasses. He found that one of the small screws on the sunglasses was not only loose, but rusted. He was able to find a new screw and fix the sunglasses in less than 20 minutes. So, thank you Dillon for making my sunglasses as good as new!

She didn't greet me until I was browsing for 5 minutes though. She also never did offer to help, or to help after she was done with her current customer (I'll be right with you"). On the one had, she was just letting me browse on my own... on the other hand, I did need some help but got none and didn't want to interrupt another customer . I literally browsed the entire 2 rows of sunglasses, tried on about 20 glasses while waiting to get an opinion and a question answered, to no avail. Ended up leaving without getting anything because I just didn't know how much longer I had to wait. Also, probably because others were left on their own to try on glasses etc., I found several glasses with makeup on the nosepads... These were some $300-$500 sunglasses... gross. Thankfully I had some antibacterial wipes on hand, but I really shouldn't have to. They probably need an extra worker and better cleaning schedule.
