However, after using them, leaving them in the sink (overnight) with some water inside the shot glass, we woke up to the paint chipping off the outside. This happened to two of the six we purchased. We returned to Christine's (WITH THE RECEIPT) hoping for a refund. However, the receipt says" exchange only within 7 days". I spoke with SAM who said he could offer an exchange or store credit. I asked for a manager but was told that he was the only employee on duty (along with a part-time helper). They even had to pull him from another location due to low staffing. I explained how the product was obviously faulty since the paint was chipping without even rubbing/washing on the outside of the shot glass. I just wanted a refund. He said I could keep the product and bring it back the next time I visited Lake Geneva to exchange it for something else in the store to replace my product. WHAT? ...the next time I'm in Lake Geneva? That will be in about 6-12 months. Ok. I'll hold onto your fault product with chipping lead paint for that long, just to bring it back to you to buy "hopefully a better-quality item".......(eye roll). I was disappointed that Sam couldn't offer a refund of the faulty items. Since I can't find a website for this location, I'm posting a YELP review, hoping for a manager to reach out to offer a refund. So disappointed!! (BTW: Same was polite, but not willing to budge).

1 Star - Morrison Eye Clinic (Delavan, WI)…read more Very frustrating experience trying to schedule an appointment here. I needed to renew my contact lens prescription because my current contacts are getting pretty old. A few days ago, I used Morrison Eye Clinic's online chat scheduling system and received what looked like a confirmation for an appointment at 4:30 PM. The chatbot gave the appointment time and confirmation message, and I even copied the message and pasted it into my calendar so I wouldn't forget. What I didn't notice at the time was a small line of text underneath saying they would call to confirm the appointment and that if you don't hear back, it's your responsibility to follow up. When a system sends a message confirming a specific appointment time, most people would assume the appointment is actually scheduled. Burying that requirement in fine print is misleading. When I showed up for my 4:30 PM appointment, the staff told me there was no appointment in their system. They also said they didn't have any record of the chat conversation from a few days earlier when the appointment was supposedly scheduled. So in the end, I drove there for an appointment that apparently never existed and still need to get my prescription renewed. If the clinic cannot properly support online scheduling, they shouldn't offer it. Recommendation for others: call the clinic directly and do not rely on their online scheduling system.

I got my younger brothers into magic after I returned from a deployment one of them started playing games here regularly. This was his first time venturing out into an unknown environment of people and almost instantly he felt welcomed and at home. I was questioned for why I came in this late when I was just stopping by after work. I was also told I would have to come in first thing to get them done. I live 30 minutes away but work 10 minutes away so it makes way more sense to come after work but no if I didn't come in first thing tomorrow, which I work that time anyways, then it couldn't be done. I understand it is time consuming but you have to understand I also have work and things to do and the responses were just overall very rude. I get it's the end of the day but it's the end of my day too please have some more decency to the lady working the front desk. to clarify i'm not upset they couldn't do my boots i'm upset that the response to me even asking was rude.
