Fantastic. Exactly how healthcare should be. Great service with fair prices. No dealing with insurance or hidden fees or hidden agendas.

I visited this location on May 13, 2026. I had gone online and made an appointment to be seen for…read morea sinus infection. I arrived at my appointment time. They checked me in and took my co-pay of $35. Shortly after I sat down they told me that they were very behind due to multiple call off's and would have to take me over to Dr. Patel's office as he takes the urgent care "over flow" to help them out. When I was walked over to Dr. Patel's office, the receptionist asked me for a co-pay. I said "I already paid at the Urgent Care". Now, a month later, I received an EOB from my insurance company that I was billed as a new patient of Dr. Patel's and have a $95 balance for being seen. I called the billing at Aurora and told them that I was NOT a new patient of his and that my appointment was with the Urgent Care, not him and that I have my own doctor and never plan to see him again. As far as I am concerned, my insurance was fraudulently billed. They told me no, that because I agreed to see Dr. Patel I was obligated to pay what his fees were. The Urgent Care took my appointment, took my co-pay, mislead me into thinking I was going to a different Dr. as "over flow" and now I am stuck with paying $60 more. If they are not trustworthy enough to be open and honest about the situation, I really don't trust them to take care of me. Is this a scam to get the Doctor's in the same building new patients? Seems like it to me.

The 45+ min wait time for the doctor to COME INTO the room is ridiculous. The parking lot was…read morepractically empty and no one was in the waiting room. WHAT is she DOING. I HAVE GO GET BACK TO WORK. And then, she makes you repeat everything you told the nurse, gives you baseline answers (in a monotone and dead inside way), then tells you to leave. Waste of time and money.

I've been to rheumatology 2x. I am a multiple diagnosis patient. Dr. F…read more 1st appointment: me asking for pain management, a patient right in there own pamphlet. Nothing but did refer me to North Point in Rosco for pain management specialist (same health system); the specialist, Dr. G said that due to my multiple diagnosis she was unable to provide pain management...but referred me to university of Wisconsin, Madison; they called to inform me, the do not take my insurance, BCBSIL but would send a request for coverage. I've not heard back it's been 2 months. Next appointment: Dr. F comes in, looks over paper record, looks over computer record, NO PHYSICAL EXAM preformed. Upon me again asking for pain management, Dr. F told me I could get injections, which states in my file are ineffective and I state as much. Dr. F then suggests again weight loss, better sleep, lessen stress. My reply was that I'm in a bariatric program, I see a therapist regularly and I can't sleep because I'm in pain. Dr. F confidently asserts it's only my fibromyalgia in a flare and prescribed Water physical therapy at North Point in Rosco. And again asking about Pain management bc of muscle spasms and tightness said he would call in a muscle relaxer to my pharmacy. When I picked up my Rx...what Dr. F prescribed THE SAME RX AS I WAS ALREADY PRESCRIBED! What the pharmacy gave me was an early partial fill of Cyclobenzaprine. Pain management is a patient right as well as a human right according to The World Health Organization. Injections are off label use and ineffective. Prescribed physical therapy. The blanket use of Gabapentin, Lyrica, NSAIDS, Antiinflammatories, acetaminophen do not, and are not intended for muscle, tissue, bone & tendon pain; nor after surgery pain. This is not a good place. If you're a woman, overweight, diagnosed w depression or mental illness. They Will Medically Gaslight you and treat you like your care is from an assembly line; you're just a number...a dollar amount...an insurance pay out. They play "Pass the patient" to avoid treatment. PAIN MANAGEMENT IS A HUMAN RIGHT + PATIENT RIGHT. Offering ineffective, experimental, treatment- injections, implants & physical therapy is not quality patient care, it's research so you can become data for pharmaceutical companies. Just another number.
