We often find brand new, tags still on clothing or items like the hydration pac my husband found today. We have found brand new, never worn pants and jeans for him as well. This place is the best for fake florals, especially if using outdoors. They're worth virtually nothing, yet you're charging $3.79 and similar. Put the crap on the lower shelves and charge $0.25, $0.50, $0.99. Have the things that are actually nice on the upper shelves. But don't charge 379 for a used vase unless it's actually of some value. Your employees don't wear name tags. The 20 something rude man needs to be fired. You know who I mean. Far too many of your items are broken. I constantly find empty boxes or containers because the items have been removed and stolen. People rip open bags of multiple items and take out what they want, obviously not paying for them since they don't have price tag on them, leaving a partially full bag hanging there. It was super snowy out and I noted there were no donations left at the door. There was also a sign that said to knock (as the doorbell is out of order) to ensure that you leave your donations with a staff member. No prob! A few knocks later a nice woman came out to retrieve my donation and offer me a receipt. And off I was to my next errand. On other occasions I've perused their aisles for nearly an hour. There is truly a lot to look at. I picked up a stellar pair of like new Levi's jeans (for only $8) and am now a huge Levi's fan. During Halloween and Christmas their offerings are unmatched. They do a stellar job of putting everything out neatly and at fair prices. They also have events from time to time, one of which I won two $5 vouchers (they are so cute and have prarie dogs on them!). Excite to make another donation soon. Three cheers for spring cleaning!

After a clerk reviewed the clothing, she only accepted two pieces. All pieces were from.popular and higher priced stores. When I questioned this, she was very coy about it. Another clerk said that they are NOT transitioning in to Fall yet. I explained that I was told Fall on the phone so that's what I brought. How was I to know. I was told that the transition will happen when "Clarissa" (or whoever the imperial goddess is) says so. This store is just as snotty as they were on Airport Road. Don't waste your time. I will donate my nice things in the hope that someone will appreciate them.
