Recently when i stopped in, I noticed the prices were truly insane. Their collection ranges from vintage, to retro, to contemporary items. They have mostly household items that range from the garden, to the kitchen, but many extras such as décor items, jewelry and toys. The customer service would be hard to be beat. The owner a Longmont native was more than happy to help me load my beautiful purchases, and even asked how I will get it taken care of when I get home This store is worth a drive if you don't live in the area, and a must if you do. I emptied out my pockets for him and he stormed off cursing me out. (I understand there are two rainbow-haired employees but you will know which one I'm talking about. ) What a stable human you have that decides to confront a person as they've spent money immediately after they've said goodbye to their friendly cashier. I hope this person is just as embarrassed as me. The other employees were caught off guard and looked confused like this happens all the time. Please put this person back in the sorting room where they can take out their anger on inanimate objects. I come here once a week while I'm doing laundry. This used to be my safe space. I love the sweet little older ladies that baby the heck out of me and I would NEVER vape inside any establishment. Do better please.

Inside the place looked nice and clean. The stuff was organized well. I even found a few shirts I liked. Grabbed them and headed to check out. That's where it went downhill. The employee checking me out didn't seem personable at all. I handed over the shirts and said "Here are the hangers, you probably want them." "Not really" he replied and tossed the hangers behind him. He then scanned my tags and stood there quietly. I assumed he was ready for me to pay. I scanned my card and he just stood there. I grabbed my stuff and headed out. Most non interaction I have ever had. I guess you go there for the stuff and not the experience.

Never got a call back not sure if its because i let them move some furniture (they offered said it would be no problem) to get everything on the list. I called back 3x to have more items picked up. So the coordinator Michelle must have decided I couldnt donate anymore as she never returned my call. Thats ok. ARC is coming to take the beautiful solid oak dining table away today. Due to Covid-19, at this time both dressing rooms & bathrooms were closed and no returns accepted due to the virus. But this didn't stop me from purchasing.
