I absolutely love the antique store and Linda's booth is the best, and Linda is the best! I just want to explain a situation so this does not happen to someone else. We bought a solid wood sideboard from Linda's booth and are very satisfied with the purchase. We had to move the side board out of the store ourselves. In the process of trying to navigate out of the store with a large heavy sideboard, I accidentally knocked over a glass window that just needed the slightest nudge. Thankfully, it was in Linda's booth and we agreed to split the damages at cost. Thankfully, the window wasn't an item that was highly expensive. It sucks that the owner of front range antiques does not have merchandise/retail insurance. When I sell my pottery in boutiques on consignment I always make sure they have merchandise/retail insurance for this exact reason - breakable things can break. I would never want to put someone in that situation of an accident and expect someone to pay especially if the customer has to move furniture themselves out of the store. No hard feelings, just a situation I wouldn't want anyone else to be in.

Unfortunately the grandma who runs this establishment told me that they were closing. I'm aware that they close at 6pm, but I was there well before closing, and it wasn't like I was going to spend an hour there looking at stuff, I only wanted to do a quick look at what they had. So, while I was inside they kept the lights off, I'm not sure if that was supposed to make me hurry up or if they were just doing out of spite but that's a very disrespectful thing to do to customers; however, despite only wanting to look around I found something that caught my eye and I wanted to buy it, and to my surprise I was told "no" because they were closed for the night, mind you it wasn't even 6:00 yet when I went to go buy something. I'm not exactly sure what possessed them to be so rude, but how're you going to treat customers this way?? I get that I was there before closing, and sometimes that can be a little frustrating, but that gave them absolutely zero reason to be rude. It leaves a horrible impression on your customers. I hope you guys have the day that you deserve.

Just about every vendor knows how to set an enticing display of treasures! I like, and truly appreciate a clean walkway, and well laid out booths, so it's not so overwhelming or crowded, or so full of stuff, you just walk by because its just too much to try to look at. Many of the vendors have business cards out, so that you can contact them for customized artwork, or to see their other offerings. Definitely worth skipping over a block from College and checking this strip of shops out. The owner of Walnut Creek told me that these are all mostly items from local artists, which is awesome to support and guarantees unique gifts. Definitely look at her little pet finches too. (I don't know how else to describe her without being rude.) She was probably around 50+. She was brusque and snotty. I would say almost condescending. The point of this review is to tell people the shop is well organized & that the people are rude. If rudeness doesn't bother you, you are likely to find some good treasures. There are at least 2-3 other antique/flea markets next door to this one. I would start with them. Stars-a two for the humans & a five for the store.
