Booked a day of Archery/Knife Throwing and Gun Shooting. Archery: Matteous was our instructor, the 1 he begin with us getting an explanation of the different archery equipment, followed by a lesson in how to perfect the technique. He took him time to explain and assured a lot the way. This was fun, a couple of bruises on the arm as we were still rookies 5/5. Gun shooting: pellets and BB gun. Now this was probably the funnest activity. Matteous was instructor, he explained all the safety features, techniques and let us be. It wasn't as easy as it looks. We spent the time shooting our target with two different guns. Knife throwing: probably my least favourite & probably the hardest activity to master during one session. Aaron was our instructor, did an excellent job as well stayed with us throughout the whole experience providing feedback the activity it self was a 3/5 experience for us. Overall, this facility also sells equipment along with lessons. The place itself could use a bit of tidying up. The room was filled with boxes and random miscellaneous items & a bit dusty. Amazing experience, fun to do interesting from all the rest of the stuff to do in toronto, there's only so many time i could do an escape room before it gets boring. you get to shoot different airgun and different bow here and everyone is super encouraging. I thought it was amazing that they had the coaching ability to help even those on wheel chairs. I liked how every staff member really enjoyed working there. you can feel the happy vibe. I wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately this is the lowest I can give. We booked for a beginners archery lesson and our instructor was very rude and condescending. 1. It was poorly taught. For example he taught us terms such as "Live" for when to shoot, and "Clear" for when it was safe to collect our arrows. However throughout the lesson he never said Live. He would reprimand us for shooting, but then also got angry when we were waiting for him to give us the okay to shoot. 2. He scolded us for our mistakes but did not call out other people violating safety rules. We hung our bows backwards but he never showed us the proper way to hang them. When he called us out on it, he yelled and when we said we were never told he got defensive and said "I did tell you though." But there were so many rules and we were taught so fast it would be hard to remember it all. HOWEVER, when people kept walking IN FRONT of and BEHIND us WHILE we were shooting and he never said anything. 3. Some unnecessary info was given/Poor equipment. We showed up 20 minutes early and were told to wait. When our lesson did start we were taught the different types of fancy bows that could be used, but the actual ones we used for the lesson had duct tape on them and were nothing like the bows showed to us. The shooting papers were already worn out and clearly had been shot at many times. Not the board, but the actual paper themselves. When we requested for new paper and were even willing to pay extra for it (despite them saying all the equipment was included), the instructor only said "No" and would not tell us why. However there was someone with a different instructor with a fresh shooting target paper. It does not make any sense though because those papers were being sold at the front waiting area. Go here if you want to get scammed as a beginner. They purposely don't add a $3 arrow rest onto their club bows so you're heavily encouraged to buy feather arrows from them for lessons. Which they'll happily sell you for $85 for 6 arrows. The issue is that those Pinals Furious arrows are $40 for 12 off Amazon/Aliexpress/Ebay. $180 for 12 Chinese arrows is unheard of, and yet basically every archer I've seen take lessons or has taken lessons got scammed similarly. Their beginner Ouliangjia finger tabs are also the same, $29.99 on their shop but you can get it off Alibaba for $7. As for equipment setup and initial purchase, I got scammed there too. Paid $110 for a used $70 when new flambeau case from Canadian Tire. $185 for custom fletched Easton Powerflight arrows that are $109 from their shop. A $170 drop-away rest that isn't suitable for finger shooting. And $50 service charge for nothing since my bow didn't get its draw weight or draw length adjusted. Later on my bow was also damaged and had its warranty voided for being put on a bow press, you do not put lever bows on a bow press. Their range is sadly decent, but with their zero hesitation to scam people out of their money, I actively recommend people to avoid this place. I had a birthday party scheduled for March 8th. I was overcharged $254.25 = 3 people. I had a total of 17 guests (including myself) and this company has subjected me to a 20 person minimum that is not listed on my invoice when I made my $1000 deposit nor listed on their website (which I have screenshot and timestamps of). They have refused to refund the portion of overcharge and I will be seeking legal avenues to retrieve what they have stolen from me. Please be aware. I have emails and invoices as proof. read more

Really great place to learn Archery. They care about archery so much they set you up with everything you need, at a fair price. They are reasonably priced on their lessons around $30 and cheaper if you buy a package of hours. As opposed to other archery companies I've seen who charged $50 per lesson. They explained to me that arrows are important to have and are custom to the individual shooter, but didn't pressure me to buy them. I am recommending them to anyone who ends up trying archery, because they made a world of difference for my shooting. And don't buy them from amazon, like rex's review suggest I did that and they are not the same at all. I especially loved that staff that work there who take the time to teach, you can definitely feel their passion and great knowledge about the sport. I was expecting to just get handed a bow and shoot. and to be frank I was originally wanting this. But in the end when I was taught, and learned properly from them I became the best archer I can be. Horrible place. Went with a group of people. Tall white male in charge had the emotional stability of a toddler while getting in my face, loudly insulting me after seeing me use the bow slightly incorrectly in a comfortable form though I wasn't ever corrected on strict picture perfect proper form. Keep in mind I was fine for 20 minutes while supervised hitting the target just fine in a beginners level distance. Very unprofessional and didn't even apologize after but insisted on talking about a archery game that I should join because you can shoot other people like he does in the head and crotch, extremely weird situation where an employee treats me like a trespasser. Don't bring your girlfriend here either, Sonam, I assume a Indian man will prioritize her the whole time like she is his daughter or... while your friends aim could miss the ground, haha. My friends and I had good time at this location. The instructor was great and we learned a lot. However, the LACK OF SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS put in place for the staff and the patrons was very apparent: 1. The two women working behind the counter did not wear masks. 2. The owner had a mask hanging on his arm but was not wearing the mask the entire 60 minutes we were there and spoke to us. 3. An instructor from another group spoke to us as we left, also did not wear his mask. 3. Asking individuals to wear masks was not reinforced (one of the patrons was not wearing masks and kept speaking to the woman behind the counter about different arrows) 4. An employee was eating while on break in the location where the shooting range was. 5. The space was stuffy and hot. There were only several office fans behind the counter. There was also NO AIR FILTER seen. The space was about 27 degree celsius. People were sweaty. 5. NONE of the city's masking policies were posted up. 6. Being 6 feet apart to ensure others safety from different bubbles was not possible. As much fun as it was, the LACK OF SAFETY PROTOCOLS during the TIME OF COVID is very concerning. Despite being informed everyone is double vaxed, it is of great concern that children are also allowed to be in this space for classes in a place that does not reinforce standard protocol for all business establishments. FOR THE SAFETY OF YOURSELF AND THE ONES YOU LOVE, its best to reconsider this location once the required protocols are put in place. read more

Location was a little hard to find but staff were knowledgeable and super friendly! Felt like they really loved what they were teaching. We tried air gun shooting l which was my first time. Learned how to load and shoot the gun at different targets. Will defintely return :) read more

Had an amazing time here. It was our first archery experience and they walk you through everything. We did a groupon and it was seamless.
