Negley's Water and Well Drilling of Mechanicsburg - Before and after.

It was not the lowest quote, but things can be said about what you get when you go cheap. The price was fair and the service was exceptional. We want to give a shout out to Matt and Mitchell who installed a new water heater. Super professional people. Friendly and honest. Would use them again for sure. 5/5 stars

Outstanding Service from Negley's Water - Highly Recommended!…read more Last week, we woke up to extremely low water pressure, which turned into no water at all by around 9:00 AM. After doing some quick troubleshooting, I determined that although our well pump still had power, it had stopped working. Since the pump was 40 years old, I assumed it had finally failed and we needed help--fast. Naturally, I reached out to the well-known Mechanicsburg company that originally drilled our well and supplied the pump I had installed decades ago. I left three voicemails on their service line over the course of an hour. I even tried calling their HR department (since that was an option). Not a single response. At that point, I started searching for other local well drilling and pump service companies and came across Negley's Water, also based in Mechanicsburg. I gave them a call--and to my surprise, a real person answered on the second ring. Trinity was polite, attentive, and quickly connected me with Talisa in the service department. Talisa assured me that a field technician would reach out after finishing up at another job. Sure enough, within the hour, I received a call from Evan, one of Negley's technicians. He let me know he'd be finishing soon and would head over immediately. He arrived before noon, quickly confirmed that the pump had indeed failed, and noted that 40 years was a pretty impressive run. I agreed that it was time for a replacement. Evan presented a few options, and I chose the Grundfos submersible pump, a brand I had heard great things about. I expected he'd need to return to the office for parts or reschedule the installation. Not the case--he had everything he needed on his truck. Within a few hours, Evan had removed the old pump, installed the new one, and restored full water service to our home! The entire experience was a clear reflection of a company that hires skilled, responsive, and genuinely caring employees. From my first call to the final install, every interaction was courteous, professional, and efficient. I never write reviews, but Negley's Water truly deserves the recognition. They turned a stressful situation into a smooth and surprisingly pleasant experience. Well done, Negley's! I highly recommend them.
