Worst online shoe store , slowest and makes you pay for returns , 120% guarantee return policy is a joke . Customer service is terrible . Beware of this place with there misleading web sight . I ordered boots on 12/17, received $5.00 shipping from a coupon. Was promised delivery before Christmas. Checked the site a few times, site showed 'processing', then showed 'shipped'. When I checked today, at first it still showed 'shipping'. Then it said 'cancelled'. I called customer service. Their customer service is absolutely the worst! These reps have no manners, they send you off to another person without letting you know where you are being sent and while I was in the middle of a sentence. Their response: I'm not sure, maybe they ran out, I don't know what happened are unacceptable. I was on hold numerous times just to speak to a rep who had no answers. First time the rep said I needed to speak with their credit department. 'Their' credit department, 'Massey', did not know anything about Shoemall.com and had nothing to do with my credit card, 42 minutes wasted. I had to call back, this time the rep sent me to a supervisor. After holding 33 more minutes, I was disconnected, 33 more minutes wasted. Called back again, sent to supervisor again. I didn't even want the boots from them at this point, I just wanted to let a supervisor know how bad customer service is. Let's just say another 46 minutes wasted, she was really not interested. The total for the boots should have been $72.46. When I checked my credit card to make sure they didn't charge me, I saw they charged me $92.46. Never again!! read more

I ordered a pair of boots from this company. It took over two weeks to receive them. They did not fit me properly so I returned them. 5 weeks later, I receive a package from the company - they had returned the boots to me! There were actually two different boots in the box. They claimed that I had returned to them two different boots. If this is the case - I would have been able to correct that (as obviously the same mismatched pair went to another company) but since they did not let me know for 5 weeks, there is no way to track down the other pair. Why would they not contact me by phone or email immediately??? There is no excuse for them waiting 5 weeks and leaving me no recurse to fix issue. They are refusing to credit my refund, so I am out $160 and have mismatched boots that can't be worn. They have no customer service and I will never buy from them again!!! read more

This company provides poor customer service for the following reasons: 1) super-slow shipping; 2) you have to pay for returns; 3) they refuse to price-match THEiR OWN PRICES when they have reduced the price on an item you ordered (even before you receive the item). Never again! read more

I know the reviews for Shoemall are not glowing and I am soooo glad I did not read them before ordering. My experience went perfectly and I felt compelled to come on here and share with everyone! I was looking for Diba True Plen Tee boots that I had bought two seasons ago in Red and Brown. I had remorse over not buying the Black as well! So I googled and the only pair anywhere online I my size were at Shoemall. And they only had one pair!!!! On top of that I originally paid over $150 bucks for those boots and was will to do it again!!!! But Shoemall had them for about $100 with a 20% discount and free shipping. I ordered right away!!! Then I looked up reviews and got scared! I even contacted PayPal right away to make sure they would cover me in case of incident!! But no need! I got a confirmation email right away (ordered on Saturday evening). Got my shipping notice on Tuesday with tracking info and my package arrived yesterday (Saturday exactly one week) later via Fed Ex. Good Job Shoemall! The boots are both authentic and perfect. I have nothing but good to say about Shoemall!!!!!!! read more

STAY AWAY!! I'd leave zero stars if I could. Bought a pair of Steve Madden wedge espadrilles from this site, and only because they were sold out in my size everywhere else. I got them and couldn't even get my feet in them! No way were they the right size. So I sent them back using the prepaid label on 3/20 (for which I am to pay a pretty expensive return fee). According to tracking, they got the package on 3/26. On 3/31 I called and was told by a snotty CS rep that they just got them on 3/29 and it could take a few days to 'do the paperwork'. A blatant lie but I let it slide. Today is 4/5, still no sign of my refund. I called again, and was told that the return info just got put into their system today. WTF? So a different yet equally snotty CS rep tells me it can take 5-7 business days for the shipping department to process the return, and THEN another 5-7 business days for CS to refund me. So basically we're looking at a MONTH to refund me for shoes that in my opinion were defective anyway?? And the kicker is that I found a pair on Zappos finally, same size and they fit perfectly. Almost too big in fact. Ridiculous. read more

Terrible Customer Service Ordered Vasque hiking shoes 10/20/17, delivered 10/25/17, shoes were defective (when I tightened the laces the retaining loops pulled out of the shoe), phoned customer service to confirm shipping to return would NOT be charged and was told that was correct. Website shows a return date of 11/13/17 (two and a half weeks after I returned them!) and I just now received an email showing return shipping WAS charged. Called customer service today, 11/16/17, was on hold for 10 minutes then told I had to talk to the credit department and was again put on hold for another 10 minutes. I was then informed by the agent the return charges should not have been charged and that I had to talk to a supervisor to finalize the credit to my account but that she had left for the day, (5:15PM) my time. When I asked to have the supervisor call ME to avoid more long wait times on hold I was told she couldn't make outgoing calls! Sorry ShoeMall, no more orders from me. When I submitted this review to them I received this reply, "Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!" SURPRISE! read more

One star is too high for this company and their customer service department. I have never been treated so poorly or rudely by a business before -- I'm still in shock. I received my order yesterday (after one week of waiting and waiting) and the shoes were way too big despite following guidelines listed on their website for sizing. I felt they were in the wrong and I shouldn't be responsible for return shipping, so I called. Whether the customer is right or wrong, most companies are eager to help but not ShoeMall. I was told they do not guarantee shoe sizes despite the fact that this policy doesn't seem to be posted on their website (it might be, but I couldn't find it). I'm still not sure if this means I wasn't able to return the shoes or not. After the phone call, I wrote an email laying out my disappointment and the action I would take if they didn't respond in a timely fashion (explaining that I was leaving on an extended trip in a couple of days and wouldn't be back for 7 months). I didn't receive a response, so I started taking action by contacting my credit card and disputing the charges. My credit card company accepted my claim and reimbursed the charges. I felt I should forward that information on in hopes that they might reconsider and send me a pre-paid shipping label to return the shoes and the correctly sized sneakers (which I would be charged for). A few hours later I received a response by email asking me to call, so I did. It didn't go well. The lady I spoke to wasn't interested in fixing the problem or, presumably, getting their shoes back. When I complained about her rudeness and poor customer service skills, she said I had bad customer skills as well (I'm not in customer service) and that I'd been calling and calling and calling. My advice, save yourself the aggravation and shop somewhere else -- it's not worth the savings. read more

Horrible service!!!!! I ordered a pair of shoes for my boy on 10/7 and It delivered to me on 10/13. They are so hard material and hurt my son's feet as he tried them on. So we rushed to the post office to return them on 10/14. As of today is 10/30 I have not received the refund and I sent them 3 emails so far, I was told that they have not received the package. I called the post office and request an investigation, and the post office confirmed that the package was picked up by one of a store's agent on 10/20. But Shoe Mall claimed that they have not received the package. Look like when you return you will lose you money, if you accident buy them and want to return, think about donate them to someone is much better than to deal with them and finally you still don't know if you can get back your money or not. read more

worst customer service. if there is a slight chance of returning or exchanging the product you purchased, you are in trouble. one of my shoes was very tight and they are saying it is not the shoe's fault and it is my fault; Guys, this is not the first pair of shoes i am wearing in my life. So please know that they wont stand behind the customer. once you buy something from them, it is now your headache whatever the issue that product has. or ready to return it on your expense and wait forever to get a refund from what I saw from other reviewers when I was looking for similar experiences from shoemall. read more

Awful service! I tried to get my dad a pair of boots for Christmas (he's got a really difficult size to find) so I was very happy when I found them on shoemall.com - Placed my order 12/10 - got the email acknowledging my order and was told they would be shipped in 5-7 business days. On 12/15 I got another email saying they were out of stock and won't be in until 7/2017 and that if I wanted to cancel my order, I had to call their customer service. After being on hold forever due to their "high call volume" I finally got it cancelled with of course no apology. Lesson learned - Skip shoemall.com!! read more

Very bad to buy from.got a pair of very expensive slippers for Christmas but they were a size to small so I was given the return label to make the exchange. I even called shoemall first to make sure I filled the return label out correctly. I sent them back after seeing that the return had been received and waiting for them to be delivered I had to call them. They said I wasn't getting my slippers because they mistakenly did a return and not a exchange and the order was closed. They wouldn't reopen they order but said I could reorder them. What was a Christmas special price of 55 dollars is nonow not a special and is 80 dollars. What a racket so if I get the 55 dollars from my father in-law I will still have to pay the balance. Merry Christmas to me. Well his intentions were good he just bought from a company that is not customer friendly and hard to work with if you need help. I would suggest thinking twice before purchasing from them. All I wanted was my Christmas gift not the hassle they put me through. read more

I would give a 0 rating if I could. I ordered a wallet and a pair of shoes. The shoes are on backorder until the end of October however the wallet was shipped out. Unfortunately the tracking link for my item didn't work. It said no such tracking ordered exists. I then called and was informed that it had already been delivered days ago. I told their customer service that I never received it. The rep was seriously snarky and super rude. She told me that I had to call the delivery service and find out where they delivered my package. So I said, "let me get this straight, you sent a package that I paid for that I never got and it is my responsibility to find it?" To which she replied if you want your order. What if I don't find it? She said i have to call back then they will send me a letter and then I must attest that i did not receive my order and then mail the letter back. They will then review it and then let me know if I can have a refund or if they will ship the item again. I asked if she was serious right now and she replied that it's the policy and she didn't care if I liked it or if I thought it was fair and then she hung up on me. I had to call back I spoke to another rep who verified the process but she was willing to expedite my letter so I can provide written proof that I did not receive my item. What?!! So I cancelled my backordered shoes with them. Losing $30 bucks is one thing, losing over a $100 if this package mysteriously doesn't make it either is another. I should have heeded the reviews. Buyer beware I have no idea how these guys stay in business and where did they get their customer service reps? I'm guessing from the town of i hate my life and yours as well so I will pass my misery and attitude on to you! So frustrating. It is better t pay a few bucks more and go through amazon where they say oh I'm so sorry we will send out that item right away. GRRRR.... read more

This is a 2 1/2 stars. If you want to shop there be prepare to be in the dark and follow up with them relentlessly when it comes to getting answers and results. I purchased a pair of Asics from shoemall which had a really good price after I compared shopped other websites. The item came in quick so kudos on that. Unfortunately, I had to return the item because the shoes were a little more red than I preferred. I dropped them off at the post office on Oct. 11. According to shoemall site the item would have been returned back to them around Oct. 26 which it actually did. However, the USPS tracking site kept showing it at the shoemall USPS return agent locker Oct. 15th. On Oct. 30th when I called and emailed shoemall reps I could only get generic answers, neither could tell me where exactly the shoes were. On Nov. 2nd when I followed up again I was finally told that shoes indeed arrived on the 26th and please wait for another week for the refund (in actuality it was refunded the next day) So It took 3 weeks for the refund to happen which is not bad however only if their reps were able to communicate that with me. I think their reps are not trained or lack of ways to provide concrete answer to their customers. So the bottom line is if you want to shop there be very patient when it comes to returning items. I would CYA everything before you return something back to them. read more

In the end they made it right, which is good, but the amount of hoops I had to jump through and 45 minutes spent on the phone with them and my credit card company for their error, which they admitted to, is very wrong. There customer service needs a lot of work. First manager was very rude and would not look into the error they made. I then had to call my credit card company, do a 3 way call with them, spend another 10 minutes on hold with Shoemall, for them to simply come back and say it was their error. The customer service has a rude condescending tone while talking to you, just hope you don't have to deal with them, and your order goes smoothly without any issues. Will be avoiding them in the future. read more

The worst experience ever! Bought some boots through Amazon and they were the wrong size. This was back before Christmas. It's now the 18th of January and still no refund. I'm giving Shoemall one star only because I had to in order to post a review. If you haven't already done business with them, DON'T. If you place an order and everything goes smoothly for you, then you're in luck. But, if you happen to have a problem and need to make a return, you're in for an experience. I mistakenly order the wrong color shoe. The return faorm states that if you want an exchange, shipping is free. Well, the return label that was in my order was not for free shipping so I had to pay. I informed them of this and after much correspondence did receive a refund. However, when I received the replacement shoes, they were the same incorrect ones I received the first time! Given the difficulty I had getting my first credit, I decided I didn't care to do business with them again and returned the shoes for a refund also informing them that since this error was their fault and I wouldn't be reordering, they should absorb the shipping cost. I waited and waited for notification that the shoes were received and I'd been issued a credit. Nothing. I finally contacted them documenting everything that had happened before. After a while I got an email that was order was shipped! WTF? I ignored that and was going to wait and see what happened. No shoes ever arrived. Okay. Emailed them some more and after 2 months was told I'd be issued a refund. However, they deducted the cost of shipping back to them. This was THEIR error and they weren't willing to do the decent thing. That would have been good customer service after that whole fiasco. But wait, I'm not done. After the refund, I received a return sticker from them. To return what? So, if you're considering placing an order with Shoemall make sure your color and sizes are correct. Otherwise, good luck! Their Customer Service is the worst. read more

i had ordered a shoe made by born model haddon in dark brown, went on their website and it showed the shoe being available, called them to insure that this color was in fact available, the csr said it was and we paid for the shoes ( free shipping ) 2 weeks later.... the shoes arrived in light brown not dark brown plus they were clearly a size 10 labeled as a size 9, literally the day they arrived they were returned via pre-paid shipping label, fast forward 3 weeks and no refund, called them again and was told return department was very backed up ( big surprise here ) and was asked to wait an extra week to allow for processing, waitted the week and nothing so a another call to them and was told samething again, now asked for supervisior and instructed them that they either return our money or we would contact the state attorney and report the for fraud, was put on hold for 4 minutes and was told the credit was issued, to date no refund has been made, despective practices, long shipping and processing times, and paying a premium price one would expect better, i would suggest if you are thinking about dealing with them i would try and local shoe store before doing so, not nice experience read more

I wanted the EMU Australia Starry Night boots for both of my daughters but especially for my three year-old because they match her birthday dress from my mom and several items in her fall wardrobe that have gold foil and/or stars. I couldn't afford to get these both at full price tho ($89). So, I was stunned when after an exhaustive Google search, I found them on Shoemall.com for under $40!!!! They were marked down from $89.00 to $68.00 and then they let me take $30 off that price! I practically STOLE THESE! The only concern I have is that these might be really good Chinese knockoffs. The colors available on Zappos and every other site do not include "Birch" which is what these are. They're a lighter version of the Chestnut version of this boot with gold stars. They arrived in the same heavy blue EMU box, same markings and appearance. They look for all the world like the real deal when sitting next to my Zappos pair. I avoided the "Moooooom, how come SHE gets a pair and I DON'T" fight and I did it for SO MUCH LESS. I took a gamble after so many poor reviews and I won this time. Not sure I'd do it for just any old shoe in the future -- but for high end items I cannot/will not pay full price for TWO of, these guys come through. read more

Warning: this business is a fraud. If you haven't purchased through shoemall.com, do not be tempted to do so by any of their ongoing sales. I had never heard of this company and decided to take a chance on them. Now, I am sorely regretting it. I ordered a pair of boots and received them in horrible condition. They are worn, scuffed and have an indelible number 3 marked down the entire face of the boot. Never have I received anything so shoddy from an online retailer. It is apparent they do not get these shoes straight from the manufacturer and it is highly unethical to sell products in this condition for full price. I called to report the condition of the shoes and was given a supervisor named "Stacy" who did not provide me with any proof of record after the complaint was made. When asked for a confirmation number for my complaint, her response was "That's a new one" in a highly condescending tone and when asked for her employee ID number she replied with "We are people, not robots. I do not have an employee ID number. My first name is sufficient." It appears they have the customer service to match the quality of their products, absolutely despicable. Based on all the horrible reviews I'm seeing online, it appears this company relies solely on new customers. Do not be fooled and do not order from this company. Look at the trend on Yelp, they either have one star or 5 stars. The small number of 5 star reviews are probably written by Shoemall staff. read more

Beware of the "free shipping, easy returns" banner. They do have a lot of payment options, but you are penalized on returns if you pay with anything other than a credit card (and a couple other restrictions) since you have to return on your own. You have to really dig to get that info, so it's not clear at all, especially up-front. Initially, it looks (from the banner/general info/FAQ) like you get a label that deducts @ $7-8 for a return. But their buried policy means a PayPal return is likely a minimum of $15-$20 on the slowest boat possible. Then when I tried to write a review that included the lack of return label, they wouldn't post it on their site. Not shopping here ever again. Oh, and they are not BBB accredited but still listed - with a rating of B minus from this info - they have received complaints: http://www.bbb.org/wisconsin/business-reviews/shoes-retail/shoemall-com-in-chippewa-falls-wi-44002494#reasonrating read more
