Shoemall sent me possibly counterfeit shoes, then censored my review and refused to post it online. This is my original review. Pretty sure the shoes I got were a fake This was the third pair of these boots that I've bought over the last 3 years, and this pair was distinctly lower-quality than the other two. They scuffed almost immediately, fit small, were much more stiff and were really uncomfortable. Unfortunately after I wore them for a day, they were already so damaged as to be unreturnable. I tried to keep wearing them, but after a month it's really painful to walk in them. I bought another pair at the same time, but sent those back because they were completely the wrong size, even though the label said the right size. The size label had obviously been altered. Thankfully they took those back without a return fee when I explained the situation. HORRIBLE! Sunday night I ordered shoes with Shoemall. Prior to ordering, I changed my address. The next morning, I checked my email and see they are shipping it to my OLD address even after I changed it. I contacted Shoemall first thing and was told there is nothing they can do about it from both a customer service rep and a supervisor. I was told that I would just have to take the loss because of THEIR mistake. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. They told me I could "try" to stop it from being delivered directly from the carrier. That's not helpful seeing that I don't have carrier information or a tracking number. Their so-called supervisor which sounded like a young man in his 20s screamed at me over the phone belligerently after I had ordered a pair of shoes from them. I have two homes, one in Florida one in Tennessee. I have had shoes sent to both addresses but it defaulted to the Florida address. The crazy cross strap with no release made it almost impossible to slip my foot into the shoes. Don't know if shoes were counterfeit. They provided a pre-rinted return label, but I didn't notice there wasn't a tracking number on the label, so I was unable to track the package. If you use their label be sure to check for a tracking number, or purchase tracking at the post office for 1.75. It usually takes about 7 days for a package to be delivered by USPS, so more than enough time to process a refund. I don't know why they have a problem processing refunds. I did pay for my purchase through Paypal, which has a purchase guarantee for buyers/sellers. I was able to submit a claim for missing refund, and a charge back to ShoeMall by Paypal since the company never responded to Paypal's inquiries. read more

A horrible company! Apparently they cancelled my order the same day I placed it due to "unavailability" of the shoe from the brand. Ok, but I was never notified. I only found out when I went back to the website to check on the shipping status. Problem number 2, the bigger issue, here it is 12 days later and SHOEMALL has still not reversed the charge from my credit card, despite 8 contacts from me (5 email and 3 phone). My bank says it is SHOEMALL's responsibility to submit the request to reverse the charge. What to do next - I do not know. I ordered a Sak phone wallet because it was nearly half the price that Macy's was charging. You get what you pay for. Shipping took more like 10 days instead of the 5-7 that was stated. When it finally arrived, there was a little bit of stitching pulled out at the bottom. It's probably not noticeable but when I buy something, I expect it to be in perfect condition. I reached out to customer service and they said I could complete the form on the back of my order summary and use the enclosed return label to send it in for an exchange. But the back of my order summary is blank and there was no return label included. How convenient. To the Shoemall leadership, I will never purchase ANYTHING from shoemall again. In fact my first purchase is now my last. On December 14th I placed an order over the phone. The representative who assisted me assured me I would receive my order before christmas, this was a gift for my wife. At first tracking showed delivery would be on December 22. A few days ago I get a update in tracking showing I would not arrive until december 27th. I called their customer service and spoke with a supervisor to help me with this to get my order before christmas like the rep had originally assured me, the woman I spoke with, a supervisor, told me there is nothing she can do for me.......basically they have no control over what they do, I am screwed (not in those words). Truly there must have been somehting they can do, such as overnight a second package and cover the shipping so I can return the first package or even call Fedex and request the shipping to be changed. I know this can be done because this is what I have done for my customers where I work, I too am a deprtment manager. Normally I a very passive persone but todays update just pissed me off about this purchasing experience with showmall. I received a update from Fedex that I would now receive my order on Friday the 29th! WTF! this was not intended to be a new years gift. This is why I placed my order 11 days before Christmas, I am not being unrealistic here. Long story short, if the rep would have been better informed from the begining I would have shopped with Amazon instead. I woud have paid a little more but get my order on time. Then the supervisor should have done everyhting possible to make this right to keep me as a customer. Ordered a pair of speciality orthopedic boots, the pair they sent were not the same as pictured. Complete BS. Tried calling them to resolve the issue and they told me there's nothing they can do since the item number matches my order. I ordered the Columbia Women's Fire hiking boot. I had studied the reviews advising to order a size LARGER, so instead of a size 11 I ordered size 12. I was unable to get my foot into the boot, WITHOUT any socks! If I had tried to wear these boots they probably would have ruined my feet! The quality looked cheap also.
