When I called Brent for information I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge over the phone. He went out of his way to schedule a time despite the holiday and the sellers limited window for us to have access to the house. Brent arrived at the home prior to our appointment time and had already started the inspection to not waste the time we had. My husband walked through the entire inspection with him. We both asked tons of questions. Brent was patient and explained everything to both of us. Our realtor was amazed at the amount of time he spent inspecting the home inside and out. This was even more impressive to us because of the holiday. He never seemed rushed. This is not our first home purchase and we know what inspections are like by others in the industry. They cannot even compare to Brent. His professionalism and attention to all details are unmatched. His explanations helped both of us to understand everything about our future home. His report and all of the photos were key in renegotiating the price of the home to allow us to fix the major issues he found. The report will be invaluable in providing us with a list of everything to take care of and when we need to address it. The information he adds to the report explains what we need to know to decide if it is something we can do on our own or if we will need to hire someone.
