Excellent quality of work. I had my high heels taken down to about 2 1/2 " heel. You couldn't tell it was adjusted. I almost wish I had more shoe to repairs. $20 less then a new pair of shoes. read more

Great place for anything shoe related. My experiences with this company have been excellent.

I have to start by saying I was hesitant to go to this place as I was giving up on fixing my sandal's broken strap, most repair places (5 in all) wanted either to overcharge me or do extra stuff that I didn't need, it was just a strap, nothing complicated so I went here after looking them up, my last ditch effort, I love these sandals as they are wide and sturdy and help with my balance issue. This place was straight forward and repaired my beloved sandal in about 10 minutes and the price was so fair, I'll be back and will definitely recommend, thank you for giving my sandals another life. See you as needed. read more

Shoe Wiz - Great job - Shoe Repair Near Me - Carson, California

Very expensive pricing. The owner is very rude and short. To clean some nikes. He was asking 45 dollars.... I took them to Bob's cleaners in wilmington. It cost 24 dollars. They came out sparkling clean. read more

I have never used a shoe wash service before but I figured to give it a try especially because I have two white sneakers that I wanted to revive for the summer. And it was such an awesome experience. Harout picked up the shoes from my place and dropped them back off too! And all of my five pairs of shoes looked brand new. It was such an amazing investment. Can't wait to use this service again in the future! read more

Whoever reads this , I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I brought 2 pairs of dressing shoes . The paint and leather of the shoes was tearing up , now they are all shiny and fixed up like brand new ! You tell them the day you want it done & it'll be ready for pickup !! I love it read more

Very, very disappointed. I took my Louis Vuitton key holder here after going to LV and being told they couldn't repair it because the canvas was cracked. The stitching was coming up and I had remembered this place growing up so I decided to take it here instead of using the place the LV associate recommended to me. Big mistake. It only cost $15 to fix but I am very disappointed. I was a little anxious taking this type of item here but I was assured they would use the proper color thread and it would be nice and straight. The stitching was poorly done and is already coming loose. My item was dirty when it was returned and they used some sort of coloring on it that wasn't there. I don't need to describe anymore, just look at my pictures. I will NEVER take any of my items here again! I feel like I ruined my key holder! read more

Took in 2 pairs of heels that needed the strap stretched. They were done in about 2-3 hours and fit perfectly! They did an amazing job! 10/10! :) read more

Amazing service, attention to detail, true to word on timing and job. Best shoe repair I have ever used!

This shoe repair shop is quick and efficient!! I much prefer this place over Vogue Luggage and Shoe repair in Torrance. This store gives you an exact date of completion, whereas Vogue is vague. Excellent work and craftsmanship here at Shoe Wiz!!! read more

I usually have a great experience with them. I brought in a pair of shoes and was given a quote for a new sole to be put on ..well when I picked up the shoes they only glued down the current sole and charged me 35.00 ...I prepaid for the work so imagine how I felt to pay 35.00 for glue ...on average that is around 8.00 per shoe...I was beyond disappointed because I thought they were a place of integrity...The explanation was so lame and I guess he didn't care because he was already paid but they lost a great customer read more

I love Shoe Wiz! For years, this place has been in business in the Carson Mall. They repair and fix items to look good as new. Turn around time is fair, given the amount of business they have. If you need shoe heels, boot zippers repaired, shoes stretched or died, or even holes added to belts, this is the place to go. read more

Love this place!!! I take all my shoes and yeezys there to get cleaned there fast service.

Helped me twice when my dog bit some of my items. First time was a shoulder bag the second time some expensive shoes. Instead of paying through the nose to replace I just paid to have it fixed for 35 bucks. Would definitely go here again read more

I took 3 pairs of shoes her, one was a Christian Louboutin, a nine west shoe and a steve madden shoe. I wanted my red bottoms heel cut down , and a slip pad added to the bottom (done very well)l. The heal on my suede yellow steve madden shoe cracked in half (done very well), but my favorite shoe was the nine west shoe . It is a wedge sandal with gold trimming all over and the trimming started to peel. They replaced the all the trimming with gold leather and they came out perfect. The only reason I gave them a four is because it took longer than initially stated at time of drop off. I would recommend this place they are very nice people. read more

I am so sad all I could do was laugh. They look worse than when I brought them in. It looks like they scrubbed the suede too hard and whatever cleaner they used darkened the color and left them watermarked. The white paint was also sloppily applied and can be seen on the bottom of the shoes. read more

They always provide the best service and help. He gives good advice without trying to rip you off.

This place was great! It wasn't crowded when I went, so I didn't have to wait long. I was just picking up some shining supplies and getting a quick last-minute buff for a pair of my shoes. The owner was helpful in picking out what would best fit my needs. read more

Great customer service and turn around time they easily repaired my luggage so I'll have a great trip out of the country!!!

This place is THE best, that should be enough praise but I will just elaborate a little to be more convincing. I have been coming here for years for repairs, adjustments, shine, heels, you name it. Several times I have bought expensive boots that I absolutely love but loathe returning because I have big calves and they don't fit. So I come here as a last hope for stretching them to fit and so far I have not had to return anything. There also certain heels that I love but they are just to high for me and they have cut them down to fit comfortably. When you go here for service, you tell them exactly what you need to accomplish, they will tell you yay or nay, pay in advance, and return a few days later to satisfaction simple as that. And their customer service has always been very friendly and consistent. read more

I have been coming here for years - and they NEVER disappoint! If i could give ten stars if I could! I've been going to Shoe Wiz the last few years and it's time I left a review. It's in a super convenient location next to the Post Office. My husband hates shopping but was complaining that he needed to get new shoes because his current leather shoes for work looked beat. I took 3 pairs of my husband's shoes here to get repaired and they made them look like new! My husband was happy because he didn't have to go shopping, Shoe Wiz made his fav shoes look new again, AND we saved money by not having to buy new shoes. I've also taken a pair of flats to be relined with a new leather sole and Shoe Wiz did a solid job. On another note, I bought a new cross body purse but the strap was a bit too long for my petite size. Shoe Wiz shortened it by 8 inches while I waited a few minutes. Now my new purse is perfect and I couldn't be happier. THANK YOU Shoe Wiz! My family and I will be back. read more

had a change of bag zipper slider and it was done neatly and perfectly! thank you shoe wiz!

Really disappointed at the work I received on my phone case! The gentlemen was friendly but the craftsmanship is poor. I came in with a leather iPhone case that needed stitching to keep it bounded. They somehow added some sort of glue on the case and then misaligned it. Then the guy handed it back to me. It looks sloppy and my credit cards don't for in because of the glue! read more

Very Very poor customer service, as well as terrible quality of work provided. I will NEVER bring any of my shoes back to this establishment. Years ago, this business had great customer service and reliable work, but that has all changed. Please do not take your items here. They will destroy the item, or provide subpar work. read more

I took 3 jackets in to this shop: One women's leather jacket, it had mold on the leather. Henry and his team made the jacket rt, no more mold, wearable, good as new! One suede men's jacket, it had a milk stain( bb bottle spill), Henry and his team removed that stubborn stain, good as new, ready to wear. Lastly a boys leather jacket, just a cleaning and refreshing. Looks great! Henry and his team at Show Wiz can freshen up that leather or suede jacket for you this winter! Pull it out the closet, they will get it rt for you. Don't wait until the last minute, allow at least a week for the shop to get it rt. I didn't rush and I had superior work done. Thank you for your workmanship! read more
