Willing and capable of fixing any and everything from the cheap pair of shoes that you love and wearout often, to the really expensive, intricate pair that you might be nervous to trust someone with repairing. For years I have shopped at zappo.com because of the range of shoe widths and sizes. I got tired of the "ship and return" even though zappos is great to buy from and I never had an issue other than the same size and width varied from one shoe brand to the next. Going to SAS after a few years since my last trip was worth the drive. The neat thing I found was that they have added so many new styles and because each shoe has adjustable straps, the width is never a problem. SAS isn't cheap, but the shoes that I have bought have lasted year after year. In the long run, they really are, for me, the better deal.
