One of the sales associates came up right behind me while I was trying on shoes. This lady wasn't…read morewearing a mask and I asked her politely if she could give me some space since we are suppose to be 6 feet apart.She just crouched right behind me (I was the only customer around.) I asked her one more time nicely if she could step aside and that I would only take another minute with the shoes. She then jumped up and asked me how I will pay for my S... if she has to stay f...... 6 ft away from me. I came to your store because the sale you had going on. I wanted to buy 4 pairs. You had my model, my size, and the right price. Needless to say that with the kind of attitude your associate showed towards an elderly lady (I am 62 yrs old and don't want to get into any fights)I went across the street to JC Penney. They were wearing their masks, were very friendly and also had my size. I came to your store on Friday the 8th of January 2021 . It was at 3:15 PM and it was pouring down rain. I would strongly advise everyone to buy their shoes somewhere else.

Tried to enforce a rule they never do because the KOBE GRINCHES they stole from me have a high resell value. Pathetic can't even trust the company to give you what's rightfully yours because of crooked employees. Funny how the after 5pm rule was NEVER enforced on the previous 15 pick ups I had where the shoe had no resell value. SHAME even the manager is a liar couldn't even keep a straight face.

So I went that following Friday to the UPS store around 8:30 AM(opening time) to return the shoes. I was told by the employee there that he was unable to pull up the return ticket label so it would be best for me to return the shoes in the mall. He also stated that it would open up at 11 AM . I was very disappointing because I had just gotten off of work and was ready to return them at that exact time. I would again have to wait until 11 o'clock to return that product. I got in the mall and I went through the Macys side so when I got to the entrance which breaks off into the mall we were locked in until someone from Macys let us out. We stood there for like 20 minutes for her to come open the gate to allow us into the actual mall. I went into Foot Locker with the shoes that were sent to me and I spoke with an employee. I later found out that he was actually the manager. I told him all about the experience and how this was my first time ever ordering from Foot Locker online in the app and how disappointed I was to receive used, old shoes They had hair, lint, string, and small particles in them. They were also missing the croc jewels. I told Manager I would never order shoes online from them again. I them asked about crocs that were in the store and if there are any crocs on sale. He stated there were very few. He told me exactly which areas were the men's, women, and children's shoes were located. I looked around for a little bit and I didn't find anything so he told me that he could send back the crocs that I had brought in. He also said it showed somewhere they had the same crocs and he could order them for me for a discounted rate. He then asked if I would like to take advantage of that. I was very hesitant because the issue I first initially encountered but for the discounted price I couldn't beat it. I told him that I would purchase the new pair. I was told I would be credited back for the original pair of crocs and then I had to pay the discounted rate for the new crocs which was fine. He also said that he would have them shipped to my house. I just received a new order of crocs which again had the same issue as the last time( the inside of the crocs you can tell that they are clearly been worn) they are used and now this time they're missing three croc, Jules, three of the original croc jaws. Send me personally I will not purchase any items off line. If I can't physically see them and touch them to see that they are brand new. I will not purchase them and I definitely will not recommend anybody to purchase off the the app. The only good part or great part of the experience was dealing with Isaac the manager at Cross Creek Mall. He was absolutely wonderful but other than that I would not recommend them. When I called back to the cross creek store( in reference to this matter) to speak to him a young lady I believe her name was Tasha told me that I could return them. I explained to her that I didn't want to return the shoes that I only wanted to speak to him in reference to the matter. She was very snappy and asked what did I want to speak to him in reference to. I told her the situation she said "oh I witnessed when u came into the store and he's not here right now". I told her I only wanted to speak to him in reference to the matter I didn't want to return the shoes at this time. She was very being smart and had an attitude so I told her don't worry about it and that I would just do a review instead.

The shopper's politeness was met with irrational anger and hostility from the owner. Needless to say, after the friction filled interaction, we both walked out of Yadkin Boots without making a purchase. Although, I've had several boots successfully repaired here in the past, the owner's behavior means I will take my future business to one of Fayetteville's many other boot repair/sales shops.

I paid $38.20 to Yadkin Boots to have the heel and toe cups removed from my Belleville 390's. My…read moreboots were 3-months old and in good condition. I was told to return three days later. When I returned I was given my boots with patches / dark stains all over them - and told by the Chinese man who runs the shop: "In one hour, you stand in them to set glue." I took them home hoping the dark patches were just damp glue that would dry evenly. The insoles never set, despite following the instructions to stand in the boots and the patches remained. I took them back the next day and explained I had given them a clean pair of boots (I intended to use the boots for Garrison) and they had returned me a dirty pair with un-glued insoles. The owner explained, "Yes but glue not set. And dirt inside boot comes through to outside when we put thinner on to remove heel cup." I explained that had I known my boots would be returned to me permanently stained I would not have had the heel cups removed (obviously, right?). His response was to shout at me: "I no magician! What you want?" I persisted and he finally agreed to clean them 'for free'. He told me to come back in 5-days time. I returned in 5-days time... "Oh. Boot not ready. Still wet." I told him that he had been in possession of the boots for over a week now. Obviously, he didn't care. At this point I had given up. The boots were still filthy dirty. He said he "tried to clean boots twice but patches still there". Then told me to come back in another 3-days to allow the glued insoles to dry... Man. This was the WORST service experience I've had in a long long time. I effectively lost a good, clean, $80 pair of Belleville 390's, and paid another $39 to have them ruined. Total loss: $119. Three trips to Yadkin Boots. They still have my boots. I never went back as they are now worthless and I'm sure they would "Still be wet" even if I did go back. Yadkin Boots have no scruples and do not care about the quality of their produce. Basically, they ripped this soldier off to the tune of $119. Thank you Yadkin Boots for the valuable lesson. Next time, I'll get a Gerber and remove the cups myself as I've done in the past. A costly lesson learnt... Hopefully, no one else will make the same mistake.
