We saw the associates in the store and they saw us but they did not acknowledge us, or wave any hand gestures implying they will open in a minute, they did nothing. 15 minutes later a male opened the door and flipped the sign. He did not say good morning, hello, or I'm sorry for your wait. He said nothing. Once they finally let us in, the customer service continued to be horrible. No one apologized for making us wait in the cold, and no one even said can I help you. We understand that delays happen, but at least tell your customers sorry for the wait. It felt intentional. I will never shop at this store again.

We were there a good 5 minutes and no one offered to help. Three employees were standing near the register talking to each other as if the store was closed. They didn't look up or even acknowledge the fact that we were in the store trying to spend money. We politely left and they were still standing there talking to each other.
