The service by a older black associate who called herself "Judy" wAs horrible. She treated me like I was different from every customer who looked different from me that was in front of me. This was horrible. I didn't look like the three ppl she serviced in front of me but my credit card or my cash for Belk did. There were never many stores here but it's trying to get better depending on your style. Rainbow, Rue 21, Glitz & Glamour are new stores that have came within the past 2 yrs. JCPenney and Belk are the biggest department stores. Tomlinson, Caire's,Shoe Show, Foot Lockers & Kids, GNC, Nail Store, and Fine Jewelery Store. read more

I never get what I'm looking for at this mall. They got rid of three stores I loved-- Claire's, A BOOK STORE that was the only one around, the ONLY electronic store, and etc. The clothes are slim picking. I've found a few good outfits but overall the styles are bland, not suitable for winter(pencil thin sweaters, pants); and purses are wayyy too expensive. Not to mention half of the store are being taken over by this Southeastern hospital The only good things are that there is a bath and body works, JC pennys, awesome shoe store, great mini restaurant to eat gyros, GNC health store, and that's about it. Good luck with any other endeavors here. Skip this place and go to the Cross Creek mall in Fayetteville. By the way they said awhile back they were expanding. This never happened... read more

I think that it is a great mall ,but if it had more shops like Macy's,old navy,and had a real food court with Chick-fil-A,pizza ,and Chinese that would be great if they had all these things.after all the has great people read more

If you are looking for a variety of stores and a great shopping experience than you might have to pass this place up. There's only a few stores and they probably will not have what you are looking for. It would be more of a run down strip mall if it wasn't enclosed. read more

This "mall" is not really impressive. While I understand it's not a huge city that requires tons of stores, I still think it's lackluster. There aren't many stores. It really is unfortunate because I think a bigger mall would flourish here. Anyway, the Belk is a decent size, JCPenny is also pretty big. The deals aren't that great usually but once in a while you get a great one. There is a "Tomlinson's" here which is great if you like holiday decor, work clothes, college team collectables, and shoes. All in all, it's somewhere to walk around and pass the time. read more

I think this mall needs a lot more improvements. There should be more stores like Claire's, ulta, aldo, body shop, Dillard's, Macy's, and much more. They have very little stores and the only one that I find myself going to when I'm at this mall is belk or bath and body works. This mall should be a lot larger and they should work on the construction a little bit more. read more

THis place is cool except they dont have clean restrooms and people leave big dumps in the urinals AND TOILET PLEASE CLEAN but other than that this place is awesome and ii love it. People also leave clothes in the toilet to. read more
