He did not say good morning, hello, or I'm sorry for your wait. He said nothing. Once they finally let us in, the customer service continued to be horrible. No one apologized for making us wait in the cold, and no one even said can I help you. We understand that delays happen, but at least tell your customers sorry for the wait. It felt intentional. I will never shop at this store again.
