The store phone was ringing off the hook and the associate was not thrilled at all. I understand why the gentleman at the Skibo location was upset mostly due to mismanagement by the owner of the Cumberland county location's and not knowing if their locations will close due to mismanagement. The gentleman repaired my phone in 30 mins and there was no missing information or problems with any part of my phone.
