    Service was great. The waiting area has ripped and old chairs. I think it is time for update furniture.

I called to inquire…read moreabout Direct TV and was hung up on because I had to think about putting a satellite on my home. I call back to speak to a supervisor and the young lady said she was the supervisor. She too was just as rude as the first. So rude in fact, I waited 15 minutes on the phone to inform Direct TV that they could be loosing business because of these two. A bad taste was certainly left in my mouth. Thanks Cade and KC. You may have caused DTV to loose me and other customers. Spoke to customer service and was put a little more at ease. She informed me that the number was not a direct number to DTV. Thank goodness I will call again but on the official number 800-347-3288.

    Direct TV is the wrong choice for everyone! My daughter warned me about using them but I thought it…read morewas just a problem with the area and not the whole company. Boy was I wrong! Because I used AT&T at a previous time, apparently they saved my social security number and ran my credit without my knowledge or permission and it is now on my credit report for the next two years. I Never agreed for service, they never even asked for my social and they ran my credit. I then disputed the item on my credit and now I have to jump through the hoops to deal with them. Becausr they told the credit bureau it was a legitimate request. So glad I never installed service if this is how they do business (saf)! I have decided that for the next 2 years that this is on my credit , I will devote myself to warning others about what a horrible company they are and will post to any message board I can. I will steer away everyone I can from this shady company that runs your credit using my information from a previous AT&T cell phone account! Ps. If there are any lawyers that are reading this, I wouldn't mind discussing a lawsuit against them as well!
