I am visiting my HHI home and wanted to purchase the same items in person for use right away. It was Sunday at 6:50 pm. I knew which items I wanted and could get them quickly before the store closed. The door was locked at 6:50 pm and the manager was staring at me at the door. I asked if I could get an item and she unlocked the door. She then said to me "Really?! It's 7 minutes before 7 pm and you want to buy something now". I told her I knew exactly what I needed and she again said "At 7 minutes to 7 pm". I asked if she could direct me to the scent I wanted and she said she didn't know where it was. It was a Christmas scent and was displayed right on the front table. I then asked if she knew where I could get the foam soaps in that scent so I could check out. She again said no. She said the system only updates every three days and just because it says online you have it doesn't mean anything. I then put my items down and only bought 4 mini items. I asked another girl for help but the woman interrupted again saying the store had a sale and any items I didn't see weren't in the store! I will never return to your HHI store at Tanger again! She continued to put me down for coming in before closing. This rude employee just lost your company another customer. The receipt shows I paid at 7:02 pm because two of their registers tap pay didn't work, apparently all day from what the girl said. They had to ring me up at a different register as well as another customer.

The prices were good and they had pretty decent sales going on. It was pretty busy when I was in there, with a lot of pushy people. That's not really the stores fault, just saying, it wasn't really a leisurely shopping environment.

The first time I went in was for a strapless bra. They were having a terrific sale with many items marked down to $9.99. I bought a few maxi dresses with built in bras. The timing was perfect because I was leaving on a cruise a week later. That's why I needed the strapless bra. I went in again Sunday for some new bras. I've lost 80 lbs and don't even know what size I need. So Rita came to the rescue, understood the assignment and fit me with three no wire full coverage bras. The fit is perfect and comfortable!!! You can only go to the ones in Beaufort or Rincon. At least that's what I was told. As far as any other information, they're only there to sell products and a service program.
