I grabbed one of the bags on the bottom and took it up to checkout in which the associate working told me that I should ask for a manager bc that bag is $169 not $89 and she has told them multiple times to change it and they don't. When I pointed to another display that was labeled $199 I asked "okay so is the top of that $199 and then the bottom $300 since this is how that works apparently?" she told me that they were obviously the same collection so no, as if I work there and know the difference between their collections. As a customer the advertising is very misleading and the sign does NOT say "$89 wallets", "$89 top row only", or even "$89 and up" it simply just says a price. I worked retail for 8+ years so I know that when things like that happen any reputable business would uphold the sign and then move the merchandise to where no one gets confused. Not only was the customer service AWFUL, the manager gave me a bogus customer service line. My mom was also going to buy a $200 purse but put it back bc of this.
