I'm 5 ft 10 and have a chest so unless you're xs or small there is almost nothing for anyone over a size 8 to try on. I drove 20 miles out of my way to go here because I needed a dress for an event. Even though some things are cute, the customer service and lack of sizes are the reason I will never return.

The lady was helpful with out being intrusive or chasing you around the store. It also backs up to the Waterfront so its right there on Bay Street. I can imagine it being busy in the summer but today was a perfect day to browse around and to pick up some cool stuff to wear. So if you are here for the day as I was pop in and you will be surprised at what you can pick up here. They also have clothing for all age groups not just older, your teen would love some of the jewelry pieces.

The district manager is rude to her employees, and has an attitude towards her customers. She left…read morea ladder in the middle of the walkway, which can be dangerous to both employees and customers. She needs to be tought how to do her job properly, and how to treat employees. I overheard her yelling at employees, and telling them they don't know how to do their job, when they are the ones keeping it running. I suggest getting a new DM!!!!!!!!! The other employees currently working are great, except the regular manager who calls other people who are not working to figure out what to do. I believe the person she calls is Angelina (I could be wrong, but she seems to be the only one that knows what she is doing)

For excessive wait times, this is why customers have gone the route of using online retailers. No one wants to go to a discount retailer to then be faced with a 30 minute line. There is a lot of good for the TJ Maxx brand but overall customer service needs improvement.
