I have purchased quite a few pairs of dress shoes here, but do feel that they could use a larger selection. Definitely feels like it's geared more towards athletic shoes, which is great if that's what you're looking for. Service is pretty standard. They help if you need it but aren't overly attentive - sure way to get me to leave, so I actually appreciate this balanced approach. The rewards program hasn't been all that rewarding so far for me. Maybe I buy too many lower priced shoes, but $15 for every $200 I spend seems low. They do offer $10 on your birth month which is a nice offer. Overall it's a fine place to browse but I often find myself going a couple other places too after visits by here.

I spent a significant amount of time in the store and made eye contact with several staff members. It wasn't until it became closer to closing that one staff walked over to me to let me know that they would be closing in 10 minutes. How rude?! "No, hello. Let me know if I can help with anything." The staff here interact with each other and never the customers. I took my money to Dick's next door. Two stars for the clean and organized store, which is the only positive here.

Shopping for children with growing feet can be challenging online. We made a purchase online for a pair of Under Armor Basketball performance sneakers. The shoes were way too narrow in a men's size so we had to find a local Shoe Carnival. We traveled from Raleigh and found the staff at this store friendly and courteous. Sam was the gentleman who manages the store and he helped us out. The cashier was also kind and professional. The store layout was organized and tidy. They carry a large selection of sizes and styles. I used my $10 off coupon and saved. Thanks Sam.

I made an order to have my shoes drop shipped and it was estimated that they should arrive by Tuesday. Jacob was great! I tried to link up the account I made at the store so I could track my order and get my loyalty points. But the website said I had to make a new account. Once the account was made it did not pull over any of the info from the account I made in the store. On Thursday my order had not arrived and I returned to the store to check the status of my order and try to resolve the problem with my account. I stood by the register for a while and eventually a young man came by and asked if I had a pickup, I showed my receipt and questioned if it was a store pickup. He said it was a drop ship and walked away. I was in the middle of trying to ask if he could help with my account or at least confirm the status of my order when he suddenly left. He was speaking to other customers who came in after me, and I waited a a few minutes but it was clear he wasn't coming back and I left the store without my account being fixed or my order status.
