Ok whatever, that's fine, but don't follow me around the store looking at your watch while someone makes an announcement at 5 minute intervals to advise you are closing in 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5 minutes. Establishments took a hit during the peak COVID era -I felt the - beauty consultant was trying to make a sale.As a follow up with the management I phoned spoke with Ebony about the situation- when I arrived at the store, I felt a "cold chill" in the air. I spoke to Ebony who referred me another manager who was experienced with customer issues. This manager was on the phone for a several minutes behind the Estes lauded counter.Not being young as I used to be; I sat in a chair at the counter all the time the manager was eyeballing me on the phone. When she FINALLY began to talk to me and the representative involved in the situation she politely listened. A few minutes into the conversation I noticed a security guard approached the Estes lauder counter where the three of us- the manager, the consultant and myself were sitting. The subtleties of this situation did not go unnoticed by me. However, I imagine the security guard assessed the situation- a senior lady sitting in a chair and he left out of my eyesight. Another consultant did her best to get things right. My Family and I have been customers at this belks another belks stores for years. I didn't feel my situation was respectful or appreciated by the seasoned manager nor the consultant involved.I know this is not the Belk image that this company wasn't portrayed.

Shopping for children with growing feet can be challenging online. We made a purchase online for a pair of Under Armor Basketball performance sneakers. The shoes were way too narrow in a men's size so we had to find a local Shoe Carnival. We traveled from Raleigh and found the staff at this store friendly and courteous. Sam was the gentleman who manages the store and he helped us out. The cashier was also kind and professional. The store layout was organized and tidy. They carry a large selection of sizes and styles. I used my $10 off coupon and saved. Thanks Sam.
