I love this store...1 great selections 2 great service…read more 1-Michael assist manager waited on me. He was friendly and very helpful.he sized my foot, I never acted like I was a burden. He brought out at least 10 chacos styles so I new how they all felt. They have different arch levels. Then there's styles with a toe strap and without. This isn't an quick shoe to buy. After probably 39min I made my decision. My poor husband. 2 - while I'm trying on ... Michael is putting cork oil on my birkies I bought there last year. I educated me on how to clean my Chaco. I also bought my nursing shoes alegria there 3 years ago. They were so right when they educated me on how good a shoe they are. I have worn them everyday and have bought probably 3 new cork inserts. They are like a Toyota--- change the oil/tires and you're good!

The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with, and it was the manager. I…read morewent in to take a pair of boots in for warranty. I've only had them for a month and the inside of the boot is coming apart. Seam stitched too close to the edge. Stuff happens. Red Wing has a warranty. So no biggie. The lady tells me they are on back order and will be at least 10 days. I asked, can we check other stores and just get a pair. As these take me up to 10 minutes to get on due to trying to keep the fabric from bunching up that has ripped. She is like yea, you can go to Springfield and get them. I asked seriously. That's your fix? She then precedes to give me all kinds of attitude asking what my problem is and what I would do to fix it. I simply stated that I would contact the store immediately and try and get them shipped to this store. Simple. I'm right here. It would fix it. Not tell the customer to drive 90 miles. She was one of the most rude, non helping, individuals that I have dealt with. And yes, she is the manager. I called corporate to issue a complaint against her. I hope Red Wing follows through. Follow-up: Went back to get my boots, had a terrific customer experience with gentleman. I was putting my boots on, and the manager comes out. First thing she asks, is if I was ready to remove my review. I laughed it off, and stated not at this present time. She precedes to have a "discussion" with me about it for 6 1/2 minutes. I am Not going back here unless I have to until this lady is gone.

I really wish I could recommend this store to my thrifty friends, but I just can't bring myself to…read moredo so. They have a massive selection of clothing but anything even remotely nice or old goes straight into their "boutique corner," which is roped off and requires that you fetch an employee to even be allowed to enter, which automatically makes you feel like they think you're a thief. They have some deals, but prices are pretty high, especially for a thrift store that receives everything by donation. They do have sale tags that change every week, but it's stuff that's been very picked over by the time it goes on sale. The books and media are individually priced. I do not care for that! Also, it is soooo stinky in here. It smells okay as soon as you walk in but once you get past the front door (where they have an air freshener set on a frequent timer), the entire place reeks like a dog kennel. Skip Salvation Army and hit Red Racks. At least you don't have to beg to shop their "vintage" section.
